Sleep

The enough time for a person to sleep is 8-10hrs a day.

For me, I need 12 hrs to not be lacking. I can't do that on a school day because I arrive home late, have homework, and wake up early. I would usually wake up at 5:30 (there was a time I woke up 6:20 just because I was sleepy) and I try sleeping at 9pm but can't and if I do, I'm still sleepy the next day.

The struggle when you're always tired...

Ok, do you think I'll sleep 5pm do I'll be completely energized the next day?! What about my homework?! I can't cram all the time.

Also, I take LONG in the morning to get ready because I just woke up and is usually sleepy. Showers wake me up, though.

And I also have either a stomach//head ache (a mild one) every morning and I sometimes feel dizzy as well.

This is all because of lack of sleep. If you tell me to sleep now, I probably won't because of insomnia and also thinking about what I missed today.

99% I'm going to school tomorrow.
The remaining 1% is my sudden absences because my illnesses come in my sleep (and I never was absent because of other things but being sick).
