Torment (Poem)

She cried and lay down her bed

And ask where she went wrong.

She thought the way must be mistakenly led,

And she couldn't hold on and be strong.

She asked herself where she lacked,

and thought of getting him back.

But what was the point of asking?

When she knows even she found the answer,

What she experienced will always be tormenting.

The one she thought that was his star,

Turned into someone who left scars.

Now her vision that was once chromatic,

now turned into something traumatic.

She let the tears fall down.

Til she's feeling sick and tired.

Til she's feeling drowned,

by the misery she's stuck in.

She thought it would last,

but he made her realize.

Everything fades,

everything dies,

everything ends,

with an unbearable torment.
