  He knows
(but don't tell him)
about how often you
watch over him.
  He knows
(but don't tell him)
Since he might call you
Creepy again.
  He knows
(but don't tell him)
Because these urges
Are sins.
  He knows
(but don't tell him)
That his eyes remind you
Of the grass in heaven.
  He knows
(but don't tell him)
As you mouth the words;
I need you, too.
  He knows
(but don't tell him)
That you've fallen in
More ways than one.
  He knows
(but don't tell him)
Since neither of you
Talk about it.
  He knows
(So why tell him?)
