The alarm clock came too soon. Who am I kidding ? What alam clock. No . only the asshole mother unlocking the door . By then Lauren had left sometime in the night and carter was still asleep in the ball shaped position he was in last night. His mom brought in a pink flowing shirt with flowers on it and some little grey leggings and of course a new bra. She laid the clothes out neatly on his dresser and walked over to carter .
"time for school i thought I'd apologize for last night so I got you some new clothes that you'll like " carter smiled at the thought of it thinking it would be boy clothing or something. Too good to be true though. He looked at the clothing and felt his heart sink to his feet . He gave her a fake smile and put on the clothing.
" thanks mom" he said trying to hold back his tears .
" aw you look beautiful baby. You should curl your hair too to make it look nice and pretty. You do want the boys all atfer you don't you?" She says smiling and laughing gently.
He nods and looks down at his outfit. He wants to sob and scream and punch her all at the same time. Yet he feels nothing.
" well I'll make you some breakfast so we can talk about I don't know. Normal daughter and mom stuff ." He looks at the ground and nods. She walks out and he doesn't know what to do or how to feel anymore. This is all his fault. He caused this himself. He should be that daughter that she wants him to be. He should be that good little girl again. He should be her.
He walks out of his room and walks through the front door . He walks to school by himself and walks into the building.
His mother will probably actually kill him for not telling her Goodbye. And just leaving. He walked in and scanned the Hallways for Lauren. Ally was beside Lauren and they both made their way over to him .
" baby .. " Lauren says wrapping her arms around him gently.
He gently cries into her shirt and he hugs her tightly.
" shh it's going to be okay " she wipes the tears from his face . She runs her fingers through his hair as he cries. " it's ok carter. It's okay "
Carter stops crying after a good 5 minutes and pulls back from Lauren
" we need to get to class ." He says looking at her. She nods as they head to Their 1st period
