~Chapter 22: Breathtaking Smiles~ «S E O L»
"Don't worry, I'll give you as much love as you need." He told me with a calm voice and a sincere smile which made my heart feel warm.
I slightly smiled with sad eyes in response.
It made me happy to see someone being like this to me.
"Let's go inside, shall we?" He opened the gate for me and let me walk in first.
He guided me towards the main door which was two huge modern doors.
He opened the door for me again which made me smile.
Such a gentleman.
"Mom, I'm home!" He yelled out while taking off his shoes, signalling me to take off my shoes also.
"Mom?" He questioned out loud again but we got no response.
He ran to the kitchen with me following behind him as he looked around for anybody that was in sight.
He pulled a sticky note off from the fridge and silently read it. I peeked a little so I could get a glance of it.
"Oh, she's just out grocery shopping. Phew. That scared me." He mumbled the last sentence but I could still hear it.
"Why were you panicking?" I asked him.
"It's just that- I grew up with my parents around me most of the time and when I wasn't around my mom once, she almost got hit by a car. Since my siblings are rarely around, I have to protect both of them with my life." He explained while smiling widely.
"You're lucky to have parents..." I muttered.
He instantly looked at me with a 'weirded out' expression.
"Don't you have parents too?" He questioned with a curious tone.
"I do but... what's the point of having parents if they're not gonna give you any love anyways? Might as well not have any." I sighed and sat down on the stool that was placed next to a kitchen island.
Yoongi looked at me with a sad expression and what he did next surprised me.
"You can always talk to me. I'll always be there for you." He said in a calming tone and stood in front of me while I was sitting.
He suddenly wrapped his hands around my body and stroked my hair while hugging me.
My eyes widened in shock but surprisingly, my body didn't reject the hug.
I slowly reached my arms so that they were slightly wrapped around his body too.
He pulled away and smiled at me widely again.
