Lisa wakes up and looks around. She's in a room that she's never seen before. Just as she starts getting scared, "Lisa, it's good to see that you are finally waking up."

"T-t-tyler?" Lisa stutters and shrinks under the bed covers.

Tyler goes over to the bed and sits on the edge grabbing and capturing one of her hands. "Yes, I realize that I don't resemble the Tyler you're used to. This however, is my true looks, true shape. You are welcome to stay in my home for as long as you need to or desire. I will send you home whenever you choose, if I am here to do so."

"Wh-what do you mean?" Lisa hates that she keeps stuttering but she can't seem to help it.

"I'm in the middle of a war Lisa. If I lose, than the elves are lost, and Andreamore will also be lost. I had gone to Earth realm looking for help in this fight," Tyler looks away too sad to finish.

"Tyler, did you find the help you need?" Lisa questions even more frightened now.

Tyler turns back to her, "Don't worry Lisa. I'll make sure you are returned home and seal the portals to Earth. I won't let Earth be destroyed like Andreamore will be."

Lisa shocked by his words to action jumps out of the covers and holds onto him, "You didn't find your help did you?"

"No. When you feel ready I will send you through and seal the portals. There are clothes in the wardrobe, and a bathroom through the door to your right. The door straight ahead leads to the corridor. I'll have food sent to you. You have a lovely view from the balcony, you might enjoy eating your meal out there." Tyler removes Lisa's arms from around his neck and stands.

"I'll meet with you again if I have time," Tyler closes his eyes even as he hears his name being called. "Now I must go." Tyler gives her a small smile and a quick hug before leaving.

Lisa washes up in the bathing room Tyler had told her about. She wasn't too thrilled at the choice of clothing, but it's all so beautiful that it almost overcomes the fact that it's all dresses. Lisa stands nervously in front of the mirror unable to stop caressing the material on her. She'd never worn silk before, but she guesses that this is or something close to the equivalent.

A knock comes to her door. She goes over to open it and finds the snooty man from when she followed Tyler through the portal. "Miss, the prince would appreciate it if you would accompany him for dinner."

"Thank you?" Lisa asks, she doesn't like not knowing anything about what or where she should be doing.

"Forgive me miss, I'm Lionel. If you are ready you can follow me or I can come back when you are ready."

"No, I'm ready now, I mean. What is this war the Prince is fighting." Lisa asks to break the silence.

"I'm sorry, I will have to leave the explanations to Prince Tyler. There are things he might not want to tell you and I don't know which things they are." Lionel replies, not stiffly just flippantly. Lisa feels like she's asking about things that only the adults should know about and she's not an adult.

"I'm sure the Prince will tell you at dinner miss." Lionel says when he catches sight of the look on Lisa's face.

Lisa does her best to pull a smile out and give it to Lionel, but it is weak and wavery at best. After that the two don't speak as they come to some grand doors.

"The Prince cares about you Miss. This may not be a good place or time, but I think you should know that. The prince and many of the nobles are through that door. I will be escorting you to the Prince's table. He has left the place to his right empty for you, it is a place of great honor. Tomorrow he will leave to fight once more."

Lisa looks at the stiff man next to her, "Why are you telling me all this?"

"Because when a man fights for something he cares about he fights harder. Sometimes taking chances he normally wouldn't. I don't know if your coming here is a good thing or not yet, but the Prince, he'll fight all the hells to protect you. I thought you should know that as well." Lionel says then opens the door to the noisy dining hall and escorts Lisa to her place of honor at the Prince's side.

The dining hall silences as she walks by. By the time she makes it to Tyler's side she has all eyes on her and becomes extremely nervous. Tyler smiles at her and she relaxes just a bit. It's been awhile since she's been to a formal banquet, but she remembers how to behave.

Lisa turns to Tyler and never letting her smile drop, "Why are they all staring at me?"

"You're a stranger here, most of them have never traveled the other realms and they are curious as to what a human looks like. Relax they'll return to their food and conversation soon enough." And even as Tyler speaks the muted tones of speech start up. Most of it is accompanied by quick looks at the head table.

Tyler looks over at Lisa and he can see the panic behind her facade. "It's fine Lisa, I'll explain things after dinner the best I can." Tyler seeks for and finds her hand under the table and gives it a squeeze.

With Tyler's reassurances Lisa is able to relax even more, but it's his holding her hand that makes it so she can eat and not choke.

After dinner Tyler stands and extends his arm to Lisa. She takes it and he escorts her out of the dining hall, once again she is the center of all eyes. Tyler leads her down several hallways until they come to some doors that look like they have some sort of royal insignia carved into them.

"These are my personal rooms. The first is my study, that is where we are going." Tyler says as they come closer to the doors. Lisa blinks as two guards move to open the doors for them. She hadn't even seen them there.

Lisa walks into the well appointed but still somehow stark room. Then she realizes why it seems stark. There is no character of the owner in the room, no personal items at all. "You seem disappointed Lisa."

"This room is beautiful, but empty. There is nothing of you in here." Tyler smiles at her description.

"You think not? You know me so well then?" Tyler challenges her.

Lisa shakes her head, "No, it's not that I know you. It's just the feeling the room gives, cold and impersonal." Lisa shrugs her shoulders, it doesn't really matter any way.

Tyler smiles again, "You're right. My parents had someone design this room and I just haven't bothered to make it mine. I don't spend much time in here. If it wasn't for the war perhaps then I could." Now it's Tyler's turn to shrug his shoulders.
