[Olivia POV]

As we fall through the vortex, I can feel time and space itself ripping me apart. I see the many things that have happened throughout the flow of time, the creation of humanity, the advancement of technology, the rise of leaders.

So many events, I possibly could not process them all. Owen and I then find ourselves falling rapidly into the void, our bodies being stretched out to the point of extreme strain.

I then wake up in what appears to be a living room of some sorts. I walk around the room and I recognize this place. This is where my parents were killed. I then look over, and I see an injured Johnny, on the floor, writhing in pain.

"Where are we? This is not the location of my mother's death." He says.

"No, this is where you killed my parents, you shot them right here, in this room." I say to him, with disdain.

"...Well now, you now have the chance to save your parents, if you can stop me that is. Just know this, you will have to live with the weight of your choice." Owen says to me.

I then see my mother and father, coming back from their trip to the store, ready to celebrate my 10th birthday.

"Mum, Dad?" I say to them.

Somehow, they can't see me. I then see my younger self, hugging them tightly.

I begin to feel my heart skip a beat, every minute I am watching this, wishing that I could always rewind this moment.

"Mummy, Daddy!" My younger self Says.

"My dear sweet daughter, already a bright young lady, you make me so proud." My father says.

"I want you to have this, when you're away, this will always remind you of how much you mean to us." My mum says.

I then see what she gave me, and it was a picture of them, that I still have in my pocket. I then shead a tear, knowing how much I feel about this moment. Suddenly, I begin to hear a booming sound, of the front door being broken down.

"Are you Mr. and Mrs. Sparks?!" Asks the younger version Owen.

"Yes, we are..." My Father says.

"You took something from me, I will never forgive you for that." The younger Owen says.

"Listen, you must be confused..."

The younger Owen then interrupts him by saying, "You failed to save my mother!!!"

With tears in his eyes, he shows my father a picture of his deceased mother.

"Look, your mother's death was an accident, she died trying to save us, you don't know the full story." My mother says.

Owen then slowly gets to his feet, and he approaches me.

"You should really think about your choice, if you stop me from killing your parents, you will change this timeline." Says Owen.

I then see the young Owen take out a gun, while my father tells me to run.

"I've made my choice, now I must live with it!" I reply.

I then shoot the young Owen in the head, killing him. Owen then looks on at himself, and he begins to fade away.

"What have you done...?" He asks, before fading out of existence.

I then notice that the living room changed into a bright light room, where my parents stand before me.

"Hello Olivia..." Says my father.

"What's going on?" I ask.

"You have changed the course of time, you are standing in the void of space." Says my mum.

I then look around, seeing nothing but empty spaces of white.

"What? I don't understand..." I say.

"When you went through the door, the timeline as you knew it, was put on halt. You have altered the flow of time, as you were destined to do." Says my father.

"You now have a choice to make Olivia, this choice will forever, change history from this point in your life." Says mum.

"What do I have to do?" I ask.

"It is quite simple, you go through this door, and you will find whatever is waiting for you there." Says father.

"And if I don't?" I ask.

"Then you will be trapped here in limbo." Says my Father.

I then feel my grandfather's key glow a bright shade of blue. "My grandfather's key..."

My father then says to me, "It only glows when the Prime Shifter has reached her destination, once you use that key, to unlock this door, you will begin anew."

I then go towards the door and I use the key to open it. The door opens, and it reveals a bright light. I then look back at my parents, and I give them a hug.

"Always know that we love you..." Says father.

I then go into the light, and I feel myself breaking apart, as I step in further. I then close my eyes, as the light consumes me, and the void explodes with energy.

I then wake up, inside of a bedroom, a bedroom that I do not recognize. I look out of the window, and I see the city of Los Angeles, in the not to distant future. I then put on some clothes, and I then go outside.

As I walk down the sidewalk, I look at the local newspaper, and it says that my parents died at old age. I then see the word Shifters, at the top of the paper. I then realize that I have changed the course of history, putting Shifters back into the timeline.

I then travel to the hideout, where I believe friends are still there. I then open the door, and I see Kyle and the others, wondering what happened.

"What happened?" Says Arthur.

"Arthur, you're no longer bleeding." Says Katie.

"But, how?" Asks Corona.

"Olivia, she changed the course of history, the flow of time has been reset." Says Kyle.

I then walk into the hideout, and I tell them all about my experience in the time void.

"So, you chose to undo your grandfather's decision?" Asks Joshua.

"No, I decided to save my parents, I guess in doing that, I changed certain parts in history." I reply.

"I know that I will have to live with my decision, but I had to erase that memory from my life, I wanted my parents to live." I say to them.

"I don't condemn you, you did what you had to do, I just hope it's the right thing in the end." Says Kyle.

"I hope it is too..." I say, looking out into the city.

There are more dangers out there, now that the timeline is reset, but I do remember one lesson from my father. "Never stop fighting." And I never will. A new age of time... has just begun.
