Over the mountains // max and Harvey mills

Chapter 9

"Actually she's not." A voice says that's not mine.

I turn around and it's harvey. I immediately start to walk away.

"Ally wait what's wrong I haven't seen you in three months!" He says catching up with me with Alyssa speechless right behind him.

"Ally why are you ignoring me?" He says still trying to catch up with me.

"You haven't been texting me or anything Harvey!" I say.

"Ally is that whats wrong my phone broke!"

"Oh I doubt that." I say still walking.

"Ally I promise you! Why would I not text you!"

"Because maybe you don't like me anymore!"

I hear him stop walking behind me.

"Ally of course I like you if I didn't I wouldn't be here! I only came to this camp to see you!" When he says that I stop walking.

"Now do you believe me?" He asks.

"Yes I'm sorry Harvey." I say turning around and hugging him.

"Oh my gosh y'all are goals!" I hear Alyssa behind us.

"Hey you know you should meet my brother max." Harvey suggests.

"Are you serious, YES!"

About 2 hours go by and dinner time is here.

We are sitting at a five seater table.

I am sitting across from Harvey by Alyssa who is sitting across from max. And cole is sitting by max.

Max's pov

Harvey wanted me to meet ally's roommate Alyssa she is pretty but she seems kind of a crazy fan girl.

Dinner ends and after that ally wants to talk to me in private.

"So max what do you think of Alyssa?"

"She's kind of a crazy fan girl."

"Max please just try to get to know her she is a good friend of mine and I think y'all would make a cute couple."

"Fine but I am never getting together with her."

"Max just fine but just get to know her."

"K."

After that we just go hang out by the river.

Alyssa's pov.

Max is so amazing. I wonder if he thinks I'm weird.

"So max." I say trying to act cool.

"Ya." He says kind of annoyed.

"How's Georgia."

"It's good."

"Cool." I'm not good at this.

Ally's pov

Harvey and I are just watching Alyssa try to talk to max. When Dylan walks up to us.

"Hey losers do you know where josh is."

"Don't talk to us like that."

"What are you gonna do about it ally."

"I will throw you in that river." Harvey states.

"Whatever just where is Josh"

"Are you really that lazy to look for him, he's over there." I say pointing to where he is.

Then he just walks off.

"Your welcome!" I yell.

"I hate him so much." Harvey says.

About 30 minutes later Alyssa and I are just walking back to the cabin to get something.

"Hey ally can I tell you something?"

"Sure."

"Promise you won't tell anyone."

"I promise."

"I kind of like Dylan."

I don't say anything did she just say that.

"What! Why?" I say trying to keep quiet.

"He is just really cute and max doesn't even like me!"

"Alyssa just keep trying please you can't like Dylan!"

"I'm sorry ally I just really like him."

The rest of are walk to the cabin is silent.

Alyssa's pov

After ally and I get what we need from the cabin she goes back to find max and Harvey. And I go try to find dylan.

I see him throwing a football with his friend josh and when he is done I decide to go talk to him.

"Hey Dylan." I say awkwardly.

"Hey Alyssa!" He says surprisingly not rudely.

Then we just have a random conversation.

Ally's pov

Alyssa tries to go find Dylan while I go find max and Harvey. I finally found them walking by the river.

"Guys!" I yell running towards them.

"Yes ally what's wrong?" Harvey says.
