"Forget about it Elmo. One night stand lang yun." I said and walked away. I wanted so much to hurt him. To slap him. To punch him. Pero hindi ko magawa. Kasi I know that at some point, I knew what we were doing and that I liked it. I liked it a lot.
"Julie wait!" I heard him say. Hinabol niya ko and held my arm to stop me from walking. "Julie pag-usapan naman natin yun."
"Wala nang dapat pag-usapan Elmo. It happened already kaya kalimutan na natin yun." I said and took my arm away tsaka na naglakad.
"How?" he asked. Napatigil ako sa paglalakad and he walked closer again. "How can I if it made me the happiest guy on earth? Paano ko kakalimutan yun kung alam ko namang pareho nating ginusto yun? Julie please naman. We can work it out naman eh."
"We’re better off as friends Elmo. Kaya please lang kalimutan mo na lang yun just like how you forgot about the incident 3 years ago." naglakad na ko uli papunta sa gate kung saan kami sasakay ng eroplano and I didn’t even looked at him nang tumabi siya sa akin. I tried ignoring him dahil ayoko ng sitwasyon namin. Bakit ba kasi lagi na lang ganun?

Hindi ko alam kung bakit ganun si Julie. Gusto niyang kalimutan ko na lang yun?! How? Alam kong ginusto namin parehas yung nangyari and I know that we were both sober that time. Pero bakit biglang ayaw niya? Did I do something wrong?
I tried running after her when the plane landed pero she was fast. Nagtaxi pa siya para lang iwasan ako. Nakakainis. Ano bang problema niya?
I walked to my car at saka na umuwi. Ayaw niya makipag-usap? Fine. Mahirap suyuin ang taong ayaw magpasuyo.
Umuwi ako sa condo ko and was about to get some sleep when my phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Hello Mr. Magalona. I’m Maggie and I’m the organizer of the Philippine Fashion Week and we would just like to invite you as our special guest for our show."
"Uhm… When will the event be held?" I asked.
"It will be next week po." she said.
"Oh okay. Sure, sure. I’d love to."
"Thank you so much po. There will be a party after po so pwede po kayo mag-invite ng date." she said.
"Okay. Thanks ha."
"Thanks din po sir." and I hang up the phone.
After talking to Maggie, I took a shower and went to bed. Pagod ako. Pagod ang utak ko. Namimiss ko si Julie. I closed my eyes to get some rest when my phone rang again.
"Oh come on!!" iritang sabi ko as I looked at who the caller was and nanlaki ang mata ko.
'MANAGER CALLING…'
I immediately answered it.
"Hello?" I said.
"Sorry…" was the first thing she said to me. My heart skipped a beat just by hearing her voice.
"Ha?"
"Sorry kasi hindi kita pinansin kanina and for all the things I said."
"It’s okay. I should be the one saying sorry to you. Ako naman kasi yung…"
"No. Uhm… Pwede ba puntahan mo ko dito sa bahay? L-let’s talk." sabi niya.
"Okay. I’m on my way." I said as I half-walked half-ran my way to the elevator and to the parking lot.
Nagmadali akong magdrive papunta sa bahay niya. I even passed by a flower shop to buy her favorite sunflowers. Just a peace offering. When I arrived, Angie opened the gate immediately and I walked inside and looked for her.
