Republic City is a normal place just like yours and mine.
The Mayor of the City, Mayor Jinzeenin, has many rules that must be followed. However, there is one that he believes in the most; that people with a power of an element must be shot dead, that all Elementals must die.
Jinzeenin calls them Gargons, which stands for rotten beast in the City's native tongue.
A long time ago, Elementals were meant to bring peace to all of the lands. This was how it was, until some let their power fully take over, bringing unbalance in their heart. These Elementals were never the same again, their once peaceful nature turned evil and ruthless.
The only hope for the world now is the legendary Keemer.
The tales say the Keemer has the power of all sixteen elements and that only a person with that amount of power could save them all. Slowly, the tales turn into stories that are forgotten over the years.
But how long can one City wait, for someone who has never been see? How long can one have hope that there is someone out there that can help? How long could you watch a City suffer in destruction? How many lives could you see be lost?
