Ha, I screwed that up. Any ways, when you read this chapter, listen to If I Die Young by The Band Perry!

Kana's POV

I had almost forgotten how much I like this place. Sometimes I wonder if there's another side if me and Danny, and the two of us are just the two halves. That'd be nice, knowing that there's really just one of us, where me and Danny don't argue. Leaving the warm embrace of my dream and the soft blankets, I trudge to the kitchen, grab some food, and make my way to a small bluff where I can see for miles around. I could fly, but then what's the point of coming here. To be honest, I would rather die then to give up what I have now.

Robins chirp as I whistle to myself. The cool rock pulls me into a memory.

Memory.

What is that memory. There's a man I think. I feel different. Am I the little bundle? I don't think Danny's here, but then again, maybe this is the other side of us. I am safe. I am loved. Right? The memory's blurry, but I can still make out stuff. The man's voice gets closer as who ever's carrying me moves. "The little one want's to see you." The voice is raspy and old, but careing and quiet. Is this my family? Suddenly, the embrace around my face changes, and it's like I'm looking threw a crystal. The ceiling rises high above my head. The sky is inky black. The man, holds me tight, snaps at somebody, and then the memory fades.

The bitter wind nips at my pointy ears. 'Wait, my headphones should cover them!' My hand reaches up and feels the pointy tips. I face palm myself as I realize that those aren't my ears. It's my best friend, Brisinger. He's a dragon. And he's small. His name means little flame. When I first met him, I was almost frozen, but he kept me warm, even though I might have not survived. I don't see him a lot anymore. He usually only comes once every five years to meet me, due to the rules of dragons.

Brisinger is curled up in the hood of my hoodie. Ha. As I walk, he fills me in on the ancient language of the Endermen. I can kinda talk to them, but not really. I am fluent when i read and write the language, not vocally. 'Kana, I want you to try and speak to the endermen around here. Your aura is coming around, so it should be easier than last time.' 'Fine.'

LE TIME SKIP ( so many time skips in my stories)

The purple backpack carried some water and food. I have wished the pack was heavier, but then I would look like a human. Ever so slowly, the bright purple eyes of the endermen fill up the sky. I walk up to one, shaking like a leaf. I mumble hello in Enderenise to the first one I see. All of the endermen on the field just stare at me. 'Now you've done Kana. You've screwed us both' Danny smacks me on the head. "Little one, why do you take your human form?" The enderman asks me. "I don't know. This is the only form I know of that's not fully human." The enderman scowls me, taking in my features, looking for something. I don't bother to hide anything. The man picks me up and carries me under ground, near bed rock. I felt safer than I ever have. Ever so slowly, my face becomes narrower and my headphones glow purple. Instead of 5'7, I grow to 6 ft. My shoulders become narrower, even though my wings grow even bigger. I feel more free. That is the only way I can think of to describe the feeling. "Welcome home Lyra"
