"Well, I'm not sure if you can answer this but I'm going to ask anyway. What was your mission in The Pit?" He asks.

"I'll tell you. It was a long time ago and I failed so I don't really think it matters if I say. My mission was to save the humans that had been cast into The Pit. There was only one person willing to go through the trials of earning their wings. She worked hard and earned her wings in about three years..." I stop the story as I feel a new wave of emotions hit me.

"Three years? Isn't that a long time for something like that to happen?" He asks.

"No. Three years in hell is only a year and a half here. It's actually very fast for a person to earn their wings. Usually there are a lot of things holding the person back, especially for the people who were already in The Pit who thought that they had nowhere else to go." I explain. He nods in understanding.

"Ah. That's cool. How long do you think you were in Hell?" He asks.

"Umm, well, let's see, I was born on Earth 19 years ago and before that I was in Limbo for about two years or one year according to your time and then before that I was in Hell. So a long time, I lost track once the days stopped." I tell him.

"The days stopped?" He asks. I nod.

"Yep.The sun turned red and everything froze. Life went on as normal with the humans and I kept trying to work with them because now that demons were active it was possible for the humans to lose their sanity. I did everything I possibly could to keep them safe and away from the fallen angels and demons but it failed, terribly." I explain. He nods again.

"How did it fail?" He asks. I feel my eyes widen again.

"I don't even know where to start. First the humans refused my help and it took me a month just to convince the girl that I could help her. The humans still refused my help even though they saw how I was helping her. Then, the angels fall on the day that I'm going to head home with a new angel. The destruction they caused from the fall reached through the whole Pit and nearly leveled my city and caused most of the humans that we had to lose their sanity and I had to kill them. I couldn't rebuild their city but I made a new one underground. Everything above ground had started to get contaminated by the darkness and I had to at least keep them protected if I couldn't save them. We were in the middle of building one day when the demons turned their attacks from the Earth to us in the last circle. They ambushed us and took more of the humans and the girl that I had managed to save." I stop in the middle of the story again.

"Are you okay?" He asks. I nod with a smile on my face.

"Yeah. This is just going to be getting harder for me but I need to tell you. Do you have any more questions along this line?" I ask. He shakes his head.
