Chapter 14

9:00 pm, 2 days later....

Jenn: hey Andrea I'm going to go out for a little, I say as I walk out the door.

Andrea: okay see you later!

Andrea Pov: I didn't ask her were she was going but it is kinda random that she is just leaving this late. She must just want time alone.

Jenn Pov: I needed to get out the house and just be alone for a little. So I went to my favorite spot , the Hollywood sign. It was a get place for thinking about stuff and the little diner near by made the best chicken fingers. That's when I remember I haven't been here since I came with Jc. I walked into the diner and sat in the same booth we did it was like that night was replaying cause guess who walked in.. Jc!

Jc Pov: Ever since that day I found Jenn at the Hollywood sign and we came to this diner iv been coming. I would sit in the same booth we sat at that night. But tonight when I walked in I was surprised to see Jenn. She was sitting in that booth too. I was debating wether I should go over and say something. I turn around about to walk out, when i heard Jenn call my name.

Jenn: Hey Jc want to come sit over here there is no more seats available?

Jc: I thought to myself maybe she just feels bad there is no more seats, but I don't care at this point I say sure.

Jenn: hey what brought you here?

Jc: umm ever since I had those chicken fingers here that one time I haven't been able to find ones that good any where else. * obviously I don't tell her about the other reason I come*

Jenn: *HAHA* I laugh yeah there pretty good chicken fingers!

Jc: i have a question why did you ask if I wanted to sit with you?

Jenn: well iv thought a lot about it.. Your right we have been through to much together not to be friends. We may not get everything back to normal but we had a good friendship.

Jc: I smile and say yeah! *even though I wanted to say I LOVE YOU JENN, I knew I couldn't , it would ruin us even talking!

Jenn Pov: you don't know how much of me wanted to say I come here because I miss you, us and what we used to be/have. But I didn't cause what if we are better off friends what if we are not meant to be together? Was it really worth all the pain we caused each other?

Jc: It became silent so I say looking out the window WOW look at the stars tonight there so pretty!

Jenn: I say wanna go outside and look at them?

Jc: sure i have a blanket in my car I'll go get it.

There is this hill that they see from a distance across the street. Jenn and Jc run over there, lay the blanket out. They lay down on it and watch the stars. They begin yawning and eventually fall asleep.

It's then next day Jenn and Jc are awaken by sprinklers.

Jenn: OMG!!!!

Jc: it's soo cold I say laughing !!

Jenn: We fell asleep out here? I say confused?

Jc: I guess I say laughing when I seen Jenn's makeup smeared all over her face.

Jenn: what are you laughing at?

Jc: oh nothing I say as we walk down to the car.

Jenn: once we get down there and I look in the mirror I laugh to. How could you not tell me about my makeup I say!

Jc: well I thought you would eventually see it your self.

Jenn: do you have any kleenexes?

Jc: no but I can go grab some napkins from the diner.

Jenn: yes please!

Jc: you think I'm going there alone you have to come with me.

Jenn: are you crazy not when I look like this.

Jc: fine..

Jenn Pov: as he was going to get the napkins I thought about last night and how it was nice hanging out with him again. My thoughts are ruined when Jc was walking towards me saying here.

Jenn: thanks.

Jc: your welcome. You know what last night was fun. I really enjoyed spending time with you even as friends.

Jenn: yeah so did I; I say as I turn around, he is right behind me.

Jc Pov: I get close to her, I went into kiss her she moved her face and we hugged. I guess it was better than nothing.

Jenn Pov: I watched his lips I wanted nothing more to kiss him but I couldn't let myself fall that easy. We release from the hug.

Jc: well we should probably get home there probably wondering were we are.

Jenn: yeah!! I check my phone you got that right I say and laugh as I show him how many calls and texts I have from Andrea. He shows me his phone and all the texts/calls he has from the guys. We laugh and hug goodbye one last time.

Jenn Pov: Once I get home I tell Andrea everything but we are still just friends I say. She says doesn't sound like it winks and laughs.

Jc Pov: I told the guys what happened. They said congratulations but I tell them where just friends. They say maybe you are for now, I blush but remember not to get my hopes up.
