"Arrested?!"

"Mom, I'm sorry. I got angry and you know what I'm like when I'm angry"

"If you had just gone to the support group-"

"Mom" I warn "I have community service and the school have excluded me for the week. It's fine"

"No it isn't. This will go on your record. You'll have a criminal record" she sighs "I have to go to work"

"See you later" I say as she walks out.

I check the time, Three. I smile to myself and put my phone, wallet and keys in my pocket and pick up my board, running outside and putting my board down, skating across town.

When I get to the school everyone's filing out. I lean against a bus shelter and look out for the small blonde.

When she finally does come out she catches my eye and a huge smile breaks onto her face. She literally runs over and throws her arms around me, giggling softly as I spin her round but then she pushes back and shoves me lightly, only causing me to take a step back.

"Hey!" I whine.

"You! You scared me! You didn't text me or call. I thought you were in jail!" She cries.

"Aw, I'm sorry Ana" I sigh "But I didn't go to jail"

"So what'd you get?"

"Community service. Cleaning at this dance academy" I huff "Which I have to get to now. I'll talk to you later"

"Bye, Ash"

-

Cleaning. I've been sent here for a month to clean. Mop the floors, wipe the bars, clean the mirrors. I don't even clean at home. How am I gonna do this?

The large grandfather clock in the reception area strikes six and I sigh to myself "only three hours to go"

A class begins filling in and I get back to work at cleaning the mirror. Except my head shoots up when I hear a familiar giggle. I spin round slowly and my eyes go wide.

"Ana?"

She sits there in pink tights and leg warmers, a black leotard and pulling her shoes and tutu from her bag.

"Ash?!" She yells, springing up and hugging me "What are you- Community service at this dance academy?!"

"You go here?"

"Since I was three" She nods "Ballet"

"Sounds fun" I nod.

"Eh, it's alright" She shrugs "Anyway gotta go get my shoes on and warm up. Talk after"

A few moments later a couple of boys walk in and one walks straight over to Ana, messing up her perfectly done braids to which she laughs at?

"Tom!" She scowls playfully "We agreed I wouldn't touch your hair if you wouldn't touch mine"

"I couldn't resist. It looked too perfect" He laughs.

Ana raises an eyebrow and jumps up, messing up the boys hair and laughing "It's only fair"

Ashton snaps back to work as the dance teacher walks in and sighs "When will it fucking end"

-

Finally. The first day was over. Ashton finishes mopping the floor of the dance studio and takes the supplies back to the cupboard. He then takes the keys and begins locking up all the rooms like instructed.

He goes to lock one of the music studios but hears music coming from inside. The soft music coming from a piano matched with a feminine voice singing - were they singing Fleetwood Mac?

"- how can I? When you won't take it from me?
You can go your own way,
You can call it another lonely day.
You can go your own way, go your own way-"

I step in and gasp, instantly making the music stop. Sat behind the piano was Ana.

"Sorry, I didn't realise the time" She blushes.

"That was you singing?" I ask.

"Uh, yeahh..."

"You know Fleetwood Mac?"

"Who doesn't?" She shrugs, looking down at her feet.

"Thought you were more into Beethoven and Mozart?" I tease.

"This can be our dirty little secret" she winks.

"Huh?"

"I'll see you tomorrow" she laughs, hugging me quickly as she walks out. But as she walks down the hall she begins singing again "I'll keep you my dirty little secret"
