The separation

I awake to the sound of my door being pounded on . What is this about ? My head glances at the clock , 6:00 am. Why is anyone up this early? I mean seriously who wants to do that. I remember before the big separation , in grade school I had to get up this early in my parents lab. That was never pleasant .
Making myself presentable I open the door.
" WHA-" a man shushed me and brushed past to Damian 's room . He can hurt me but not my little brother! Running to catch up my foot gets caught on the couch. OW! Recovering from that I hop to the room and almost tackle the man . That was until I read his jacket . 'Elite forces of Avallone ' Why is my last name on his jacket? Does he work for my mother?
" Why are you here?" I said oddly calm
" I'm here about you and your brother. Your mother , founder of EFA (a/n say it with me 'eeeefffffaaaaaaa') knows about you" he responded like 'oh no big deal I'm here at your house before normal people are up speaking about your mother '
" and....?"
" being a runner is dangerous, she came to tell you a spot is there for you , a safe spot . " His answer was the last of him . He left without another word , leaving a note for me to read . You expect me to read or even think this early? Coffee, I need coffee! Brewing the beverage of happiness I read the note
