"It's my mom . She communicated with me " I explained
"But- But I thought she died "Olympia stampered
I nodded in agreement, before waiting to hear another verbal response.
" go, go to her. You deserve it " she finally spoke . A million pound were pulled off of my chest . Wow , she's being so supportive!
"You sure ?" I questioned.
" yeah, Just don't forget about me . Visit sometime, ok?"" She shrugged off .
I smiled before pulling her into a hug
I knew my time was up , when the sun began to dissipate. Soon enough, Dame and I are back on the road . We head to the woods , to avoid any violence. I really don't want my organs to become puzzle pieces for the government's enjoyment .
" Look! Over there !" Damian points to a little camp .
I knew exactly what it was , and so did he . Runners tend to set up camp whenever traveling long distance. Then, they leave their tent and other supplies for the next group of runners . That's what we do , we help each other. The only way of telling if it's a runner or not, is the logo on the tent .
It usually had a large emblem with the four different symbols. Around it said
'We are the alliance ' . Pretty subtle , right?
I mean seriously, we might as well write "hey look! I'm a target! Shoot me !"
The emblem was painted in silver , and was easy to spot . Then, underneath it, was their name and ranking.
After a short argument, we finally chose to set up here . I lay down a sleeping bag for Damian , who fell quick asleep .
I took this small time to think . Am I seriously just packing up and leaving? The thought of this big change scares me .
Long after thinking , my eyelids feel heavy .When I wake up, sunlight was barely coming through the transparent tent . Damian looked so peaceful, I didn't want to wake him . Soft snores escape his adorable little nose. His -like mine - strawberry blonde hair swoops across his face .
A/N sorry , that this is an odd ending for a chapter. I kinds have a hint of writers block for this , but whatever. Update soo. Xoxo
