"You know, I'm actually might be coming around to your dumb brother" he laughed, I laughed with him. He wrapped his arm around my waist, "Alright, everyone got their stuff?" Jake asked, we all nodded. We followed him till we got to the nearest fairy, I pulled Enoch up to the front with me so I could be with Jake. We all got into the boat, helping the younger kids like Claire up into the boat. Once we were all boarded, the fairy set off for Florida, "it's gonna feel nice to be back in my home town... It was where I was raised" I rambled to Enoch. His smile slowly deteriorated into a frown, "me and the other peculiars, besides you and Jacob are gonna be pretty new to the future..." He said, I hugged him, "don't worry, you'll be fine" I assured him. We sat there for a while, "well, it seems this has escalated quickly, from fighting to hugging" I looked up and saw my brother standing above us. He sat next to us smiling, "can I talk to you alone?" He asked Enoch, I got up and went looking for my other friends.

Enoch's POV

Jake moved a little closer to me, "you better be careful" he growled, I looked at him confused, "what?". He continued to glare at me, " she's my sister, if you do so much as one thing to hurt her then you better start running! " he threatened, I backed up a little bit. "Alright easy man, I promise I won't hurt her, she means everything to me" I explained to him, he breathed a sigh of relief, "sorry man, just brotherly instincts, I just don't want anything bad happening to (Y/N)" he laughed a little. We went in search of (Y/N), I eventually found her with Fiona, playing patty cake with the twins. I walked up behind her and snaked my arms around her waist, "what did you and Jake talk about?" (Y/N) asked looking upside down. I sat next to her, "guy stuff" I explained to her, she nodded and continued playing with the twins. It was going to be a few more hours till we got there and we still had to find a house to stay, I looked behind me to see Jacob. "Where are we going to stay" I asked, scaring him a little, "we're going to live at my house, no one else lives there" Jacob said, (Y/N) heard this and got excited. "I can't wait to be back home" she gushed, her head on my shoulder, I kissed her on the forehead. We saw a bird fly above us, it was miss peregrine. We waved to her and continued with what we were doing, "How much longer are we gonna be?" I heard Hugh ask Jacob, "Quite a few more hours, we should all get some rest" he suggested. (Y/N) leaned her head down onto my shoulder, I looked up and saw Olive glaring at me, it looked like she was about to start crying. "Can you take your sister, I need to talk to Olive" I pushed (Y/N) over to Jacob and walked next to Olive. "What?" She hissed at me, "are you jealous?" She stared at me blankly, "go away". I hugged her lightly, "I'm sorry but I love (Y/N)" I saw tears fall down her face, "how do you go from hating someone to loving them in less then eight hours?!" She cried, starting to raise her voice. I thought about how to answer, "I really don't know Olive, what I do know is your jealous and acting stuck up, like you own me!" I exclaimed, she stared at me wide eyed. This was the first time I had ever gotten truly angry at her, she sat there for a moment, suddenly she backhanded me. Soon there was a stinging in my face, I got up with tears in my eyes  and sat back down with (Y/N), "Did she slap you?" Jacob asked, I nodded and stared at the wood. I touched my cheek and the stinging got worse, 'why the hell did I do that?' I thought to myself, I felt something lean onto me, it was (Y/N) again. I kissed her and put my head on hers, I fell asleep.
