I snuggle closer to a warm figure, it feels like safety, it feels like home, it feels like Mitch.

My eyes open slowly and drowsily, and I see a person next to me slightly huggging me, wearing a black T shirt and jeans.

"Mitch..." I whisper, I feel him stir, I close my eyes slowly and I can feel him staring at me even though my eyes are closed.

A single tear drips on my cheek, Mitch wipes in gently off, "Shhh... it's okay Ashley, I'm right here." He says softly in my ear, his lips kiss me right on my forhead.

I can't help it, I break out into a silent sobbing.

"Ashley?" I hear Mitch whisper, "It's okay, I promise."

"I- I know, Mitch it's just, I'm sorry for," I tighten my lips, "I'm sorry for over reacting..." I hug him, burying my face in his chest.

He gentley strokes my hair, "You have nothing to be sorry for, It's my fault, I should be apologizing."

I grin, He's not mad at me...

I drive Ashley back to the TC house.

I grin at her, "You feeling okay?"

she smiles and stares at her hands, "Yeah..."

I sit on my bed editing videos and Ashley takes a nap, her head on my sholder.

I kiss the top of her head and stare at her sleeping form.

She looks so innocent, gentle,  and fragile just sleeping there.

Jerome walks in and just stares at Ashley, and raises a eyebrow, "Finally Mitch." and laughs, "When are you going to ask her to be your girlfriend?"

I gulp, Shit! I forgot I had to ask her that.

I suddenly feel fear creeping up on me, Will she even accept me? Does she even feel that way about me.

"Jerome, I need to think." I tell quitely.

Jerome gets up and leaves my room.

I stare at Ashley sleeping, Thinking about us.
