The Twins Are Two

Thenext morning October 7th,the babies woke up at 6am to eat then Megan pumped before the twinswoke up at 7am. Megan and Joseph went into their room to get them andChristian saw them first. "Mommy! Daddy!" Christian said ashe stood up. "Happy birthday!" Megan and Joseph saidtogether. They picked them up and got hugs and kisses then switchedto get them from the other one before changing them and setting themdown to walk to the play room. Megan took them while Joseph madebreakfast. About twenty minutes later Katie came into the living roomand said, "Hungry."

"Josephis making breakfast. Go play with the twins for now" Megan said.Everyone else got up over the next half an hour. Annabella woke up at8am so Megan asked her mom to get her while she made their bottles.When she was done she offered to take her but Rachel said no. Aboutfive minutes later Caleb started fussing and Kristen asked if shecould get him. Megan told her to go ahead. Megan went to her room topump then cleaned up and went back to the play room. When the babieswere done eating Rachel and Kristen took them to their room to changeand swaddle them then took them back to the play room. They held androcked them for a few minutes before Joseph called them forbreakfast.

Theylaid them in the pack-and-play then everyone went to the table. Meganand Joseph got the twins in their high chairs then Megan went toknock on Cadence's door. She came out a few minutes later then theyall ate. When they were done Cadence went to her room and everyonebut Tim and Jason went to the play room. Tim and Jason cleaned up thekitchen then joined everyone in the play room. They decided to takethe kids out back for a while so Megan set up the baby monitor in theplay room for the babies then she and Joseph went to get the twinschanged and dressed while Rachel and Jason got the older kidsdressed.

Whenthe twins were dressed they took them back to the play room andwaited for everyone else. Kristen and Tim came back out Megan andJoseph went to get dressed. When they were done they went and goteveryone from the play room and they all went outside. About 10amAnnabella started fussing so Megan and Joseph went in. Megan went toget her while Joseph made their bottles. He handed one to Megan andshe started feeding her. A few minutes later Caleb started fussing soJoseph got him up and fed him. When they were done they took them totheir room and changed them then swaddled them and laid them down.Joseph headed back outside and Megan went to pump then cleaned up.

Whenshe was done she went back outside and played with the kids until11am then Megan went to make lunch. When it was ready she went out toget everyone and they sat down to eat. When they were done Megan andJoseph took the twins to the love seat for their bottles while thekids went to the game room. When the twins were done Megan and Josephtook them to their room to change them then put them down for theirnap. Megan went to her room to pump while Joseph went back to theplay room. Once she had made the babies' bottles and cleaned up shetook the bottles, went back to the play room, set the bottles on thecoffee table and sat in Joseph's lap. They talked for a few minutesuntil Annabella started fussing and Joseph got her up.

Meganhanded him one of the bottles and put the other one by Caleb's feet.He started fussing a few minutes later then Megan got him up and fedhim. When they were done Megan and Joseph took them to their room tochange and swaddle them then took them back to the play room. Theylaid them back down then Megan and Joseph went back to the chair andMegan sat in Joseph's lap. They talked for a few minutes then Meganasked, "Can you guys keep an ear out for the kids? We are goingto go for our shower."

"Goahead Honey" Rachel said. Megan and Joseph went to their roomand got their clothes out then got in the shower. When they weredone, dried and dressed Joseph brushed and braided Megan's hair.Joseph headed to the front room while Megan did her makeup. When shewas done she headed out to the living room and sat in Joseph's lap.At 2pm they fed the babies again then they all talked until 3pm whenthe twins woke up. Megan and Joseph went to get them up and changedthen took them to the kitchen for their snack. When they were donethey went to the play room and let the twins play while the adultstalked. At 4pm Joseph went to make the babies' bottles.
