Alexander's POV

Flashback

" Christopher! " I shouted at my little brother. He just giggled and run around the house.

" yes ? " He sweetly asked me.

" Where are my leather jackets? " I asked him. He just smiled innocently and hides again.

" Christopher? Where are you? " I smiled while playing along with my little brother. I heard little giggles coming from the wardrobe.

" Christopher? " I called. He continued giggling. I silently approached the wardrobe and opened it. My brother shrieks in surprise. I grabbed him and tickled him.

"stoooooppp..hahahahahahahah..Alex! " he shouted and continued laughing. I stopped and stared at my little brother.

" Chris? "

" yeah? " he said showing his dimple I poked it and he gets angry. He usually gets angry when I poke his dimpled cheek.

" No matter what happens? Never join a gang OK? " I seriously said to him.

" But what if I don't want to ? I want to be like you. "

" Well. I'm gonna hunt you down. " I said he just pouted his lips.

" OK.. I promise.. " He said and does the pinky swear.

" and one last thing. When I'm gone? Don't ever find me OK? " I said to him.

" huh? "

" I'll be gone for a month. " I said. Tears start pooling in his eyes he hugged me and cries in my shoulder.

" you're leaving me?? " He asked me. I caressed his back and sighed.

" I'm just gonna be gone for a month and by that I'm back again. " I said. He just continued crying in my shoulder.

" you will come back right? "

" yes.. "

" I love you Alex.. " He said.

" I love you too Chris.. I love you too.. " I said.

Present....

" I'm so sorry Chris. " I said to the picture.

" I just hope your in a good hands. " I continued. I heard the doors opened and I quickly hide the picture.

It's another day of beating...

Claire's POV

I was walking to the library when Drake suddenly appeared in front me.

" Hi Claire. " He said while leaning on the wall.

" Drake. You just got me a mini heart attack. " I said.

" I'm sorry. I just wanted to ask you something. "

" umm.. What is it? "

" Are you free tonight? " he asked me.

" uhh.. No? " I questioned.

" Well... I'll see you later Claire. " He said and walked away.

" I didn't even say anything. " I mumbled to myself.

" You know you shouldn't trust him. " I jumped at the person speaking at my back.

" Christopher! Can you guys stop scaring me?! " I said.

" Go out with me. " he said while ignoring my question.

" Excuse me? " I surprisingly asked him.

" Do I need to repeat myself? " he irritatedly said.

" I didn't hear what you said? " I said to him.

" I said will you go out in a date with me Ms. Steinmetz? " he repeated.

" I- " I started but I was rudely interrupted.

" You will go on a date with me and that's final. " He said and leaves me dumbfounded in the hallway.

" What did just happen? " I said to myself. I groaned and change my mind. Instead of going to the library I headed to our usual hide out. When I arrived I saw Jessica and Alicia fangirling.

" What are you two doing? " I asked them.

" Nothing. " They said in unison. I just ignored them and banged my head in the table.

" Are you alright? " Alicia worriedly asked.

" no.... " I said.

" Drake and Christopher just ask me to date .  " I continued. Alicia and Jessica looked at each other and started squealing while shaking me.

" Oh my gosh! Is this true?! Your beauty is like a model! " Jessica said.

" OK! Guys! " I said and they stopped what their doing.

" Wait.. Who are you going to choose? " Alicia asked. I grabbed my hair and groaned.

" I don't know. " I said and banged my head again in the table.

" Can you stop doing that? " Jessica said.

" What would I do?! " I said.

" It's not our problem. " Alicia smirked.

" I hate you. " I said to them.

" We love you too Claire! " They said and started laughing.
