(Ian's P.O.V)
"Scar do you remember in the 9th grade, when you asked me if I had ever kissed a girl?" I asked Scar, we'd been talking hours and eventually we got into deeper subjects.
"Yes and I couldn't believe you hadn't." She laughed. "Why?"
"Because for years I've wanted to tell you the truth." I explained.
"What do you mean?" She looked confused.
"I had kissed a girl, I just really wanted to kiss you." I told her shyly.
"Aw! Ian! That's so cute! Why didn't you just tell me that back then?" She smiled, moving closer to me.
"Because I was afraid that you wouldn't want to kiss me." I said with my head down.
"Ian, of course I'd have kissed you." She said hugging me.
"But why?" I looked up at her.
"Well to be honest, I liked you back then." She confessed.
"Really?!" I said with shock and excitement.
She laughed. "Yeah I did."
"Well I liked you too." I said looking into her deep green eyes.
"Wow! That's so crazy. I wonder what it would have been like if we started dating." She said.
"Do you think that if we had gotten together and broken up,we'd still be friends?" I said still looking into those beautiful eyes.
"Of course we would have stayed friends. You're one of the most important people in my entire life." She said, truthfully.
"One more question. Say we had started dating back then, do you think we'd be together now?" I asked.
"Honestly, yeah. We were such great friends and I think that's so important in a relationship so yeah. I think we'd be together right now." She said. "I have a question for you now. When did you stop liking me?"
I started to panic. What was I supposed to say?! I never stopped liking her, I just kinda got over her I guess. "Well I'm not sure, what about you?" I asked back.
"I guess in 10th grade was when I realized that you and I were more like brother and sister and that that would never happen even if we weren't." She said, now with her head down.

Ian went to the bathroom so I decided to open some wine. I don't normally drink and niether does Ian but I felt like after that conversation, we could both use a drink. I sat down on the couch and by the time Ian was back, I had already downed my second glass.
"Are you drinking wine?" Ian asked, sitting down.
"Yep, I'm about to have another glass. Want one?" I asked.
"No I'm fine but thank you." He laughed.
We talked for a couple more hours and well I got pretty drunk.

"Ian. Ya know how we talked about when I asked you if you'd kissed a girl and then you confessed that you really just wanted to kiss me?" Scar said slightly slurring her words.
