Chapter 6

I was woken to Emmett jumping up and down on my bed." Emmett what do you want." I said pushing him off my bed. " It's Christmas!!" He shouted like a three year old. My eyes popped open and me and him raced downstairs to find the other Cullens chuckling at me and Emmett. I ran over to them. " Merry Christmas." I said. Still in my pajamas I ran upstairs and grabbed all of their presents and sat them in front of them. I had gotten Carlisle a new medical set he hadn't had yet, Esme a new dress and heels, Rosalie make up and boots, Alice a gift card, Jasper a pair of combat boots and a flannel, and Emmett an ice cream maker. They all hugged and I pulled Edward aside to give him a gift. " Here I wanted to give you your present in private." He opened it and smiled. He looked at me and pulled me into a tight hug. " Hey I gotta go down to La Push. I'll see you later." I said walking down the stairs and running to the border where Jacob was waiting for me. " Hey babe." I said sweetly and kissed his cheek. A flash of white passed my eyesight and I saw Edward standing next to Jacob that had a branch in his body. " NOO! I have been done losing people and you do this to him after everything we've been through. I hate you." I growled at Edward he stood there with a hurt look and I ran at him and jumped onto his shoulders and snapped his neck and set him ablaze with my elemental power. The rest of the Cullens came and looked at Jacob and then to Edward's corpse. " I'll never be a mosterous Cullen I will be a strong pack member now leave if you want to live." I said with hurt in my voice I didn't mean it I just didn't want them to get hurt. " But Natalie-"Carlisle started. " LEAVE!" I snarled at them. Alice and Rose understood and Emmett hugged me and ran off with the rest. I rushed over to Jacob slowly fading away from life. I took the branch from his chest and picked him up and ran him to Emily's. " GUYS COME HELP!" I screamed. They all rushes as I put him in the counter. " What the hell happened?" Sam asked. I started to cry. " Edward stabbed him and I got angry and killed him.  I need you guys to hold him down." I shouted at them. " Why?" I ignored it and they all held him down. " Ok Jake it will only hurt for a little. I love you ok." I said quietly while sobbing. They all held him down and I bit his neck. It'll be ok right. I walked upstairs and slid down the wall and cried. Seth came to me and put a hand on my shoulder. He had grown so much. " Natalie its not your fault he'll understand." He said to me rubbing my back while I cried into his shoulder. " I know, but it hurts I didn't want to turn him I wanted him to be entirely wolf, but that couldn't happen. I just wish Edward wouldn't have done it." I sobbed silently. I turned to Sam and Jared carrying Jake to the spare room and I hugged Paul who was standing next to Emily. " Natalie Jake got this for you, but since I don't know if he'll make it I want you to have it early." She said patting me on the shoulder and returning downstairs. I opened a velvet that contained a diamond ring. He was going to ask to marry me. I looked down at what the band said. ' forever and always' I shed a tear. That's what he was doing. It looked like he carved it himself. I laughed. " Forever and always will I love you Jacob Black." I said I heard a scream come from the guest room. I ran over to it with Seth and Paul following. " Isn't it supposed to be longer?" Sam asked panicking. I looked shocked until I remembered what happened. " No. I hadn't fased yet, but it only took a few hours for me to transform it should only take him minutes." I said quickly. " Jake can you here me it's Natalie." I said crying tears of joy.

Jake's POV
" Jake can you hear me it's Natalie." NATALIE!
