"Hey." I hear a soft, calm voice above of me and I gasp, dropping my phone on the ice. I try not to make a big deal out of it, but he jumps down before I can make it to the ground and he grabs my phone to give back to me."I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to surprise you. Here's your phone back." He says in a soothing voice. I feel my face turning a bright scarlet as I grab my phone from his cold, smooth palm. I feel my face becoming even hotter and pinker noticing that he is smirking at my phone. Is he looking at my phone case? What's wrong with my phone that makes him laugh? I stuff my phone in my pocket before I get more embarrassed.
"Sorry for dropping my phone, Thank you for picking it up but... wh-who are you?" I ask the tall man. I have to look up for my eyes to meet his.
He chuckles before softly pushing my glasses up my nose and gracefully putting his hand under my chin. "I'm Victor, and you must be Katsuki Yuri?" My jaw drops and I gasp.
"How do you know my name?" I ask unsurely as I shuffle out of his hold. I was sure I was a nobody, how does this confident, handsome man know of me?
"Weren't you in the Grand Prix Final last year? I saw your performance." Victor explains. Oh no.. he saw my performance?! He must know how bad I am...
"Oh yeah heh... that was me" I answer, trying not to breakdown in front of him.
"Well, that's the reason I came here today. I heard this was your home rink and I wanted to meet you. I want to you be my coach, Yuri!" Victor points at me with his long elegant finger.
"What? Me? I'm sure you've got the wrong person." I explain to him. He must be joking...
"No! Of course I've not. I've travelled all the way from Russia to meet you, I would definitely make sure I get the correct person." Victor laughs loudly and I blush again.
"Well, I guess we should get started." I say, still in shock, what am I supposed to do? Victor sweeps my hand into his and I jump in shock, who is this Victor?
We begin to skate, he looks down at me and smiles. I look up and see him, then I immediately move my glance from him to skating, I don't want to fall and embarrass myself. Although, he skates so effortlessly, his hair sways in time with his steps, I can't help but look at him. He slowly wraps his arm around me, we are still skating though. I feel so safe in his arms, who is this Victor and why do I feel like this around him? It's like a spell he has on me, though I have to admit it's a spell that I enjoy being entranced in.
We skate into the night, although it feels like we had been skating for only a few hours. I don't understand him. Why does he make me feel this way?
