I was blown away. Ace was staring me right in the eyes, laying on top of me to protect me from the shooting. The sounds were so loud I couldn't even think. That's when I got the true meaning of brotherhood. Those boys could've ran for their lives. I would've... But they didn't. They didn't leave my side the whole time. You could see the fear in their eyes but when the fire ceased for a few seconds, something snapped inside all of them. A side of them I never want to unleash over me emerged. They grabbed their Glocks 40's and got up, firing back. Even the guy behind the counter was firing his shotgun. The guys had pretty much emptied their magazines and were now running with their butts between their legs. Soon after we were back to silence, no causalities. I was still lying in the floor, eyes wide open. Ace ran outside and then started making phone calls. Johnny Boy came to me and pulled me up.

-You alright?-He looked me right in the eyes and then his eyes laid on my shoulder. When I looked too, there was blood everywhere. I guess I still had the first bullet fired carved in my flesh.

-Oh man...-I started breathing harder. I didn't even feel it with all the fuss. I mean, it did hurt but then Ace tangled me down and I just don't know. Now that I was seeing it with my own eyes it was hurting like a bitch!

-Easy, girl... Yo, cobra!-He looked at us, still with that expression.-Will you take Kat to the back, please? I gotta tell Ace to find some doctor...

-I'm fine...-I said and then my knees started growing weaker.He grabbed me and Snake put my arm around his shoulders.

-C'mon, Monroe.-Snake giggled.

-You call me that one more time and I'mma take this bullet off of my arm and stick it up your butt!-He laughed and carried me to Jax's office. He then threw everything over his desk to the ground and laid me over it.

-Do you need anything else?

-I was shot in the shoulder, not in my heart! I'm alright. I just need a damn smoke!-I sat down and he handled me one of his smokes. Right after, Ace ran in and looked at me, shocked.

-JB! WHAT THE FUCK?! Why didn't you tell me it was her?!-He got really mad.-FUCK! Somebody get a tourniquet on her arm!

-I got it!-Snake answered and ripped off his shirt.

-Guys! It's just a shot! It's nothing! I'm alright... I just need to get stitched up and I'm alright...

-Does anybody know a doctor?-Ace asked, ignoring me. I sighted.

-Call my dad. He'll bring a whole fucking hospital with him if that's what you want...

-Ah, hell no! You get taken care off and me too! He'd whoop my ass! And I'm not even joking...

-I'm calling him though... Before someone else lets him know...

-We should warn Jax... He'll be pissed...-Johnny said.

-Alright. Kat, call your dad. Johnny, find Robert and take the news to Jax. Snake, take the rest of the boys and hit it!

-Hit what?-I asked. I was so naïve.

-Retaliation,  baby-Snake said and left, running.

-Hold on, HOLD ON!-I screamed and got up. Ace stared at me mad for contesting one of his orders.-You got me shot, now you're gonna attack without them. How much do you like your face? Cause my dad and Jax will destroy it!

-Cobra, do as I told you. NOW!-He screamed, looking me in the eyes. I don't think I ever saw him that pissed off.- And you, sit your ass back in that table! I didn't get you shot! You got yourself shot! You don't know who those were? The HoodBoys, does the name remind you of something?!

-The gang...-I whispered and sat down as he told me to.

-You're lucky none of my men got hurt!

-It wasn't my fault!-I fought back.

-Well, we never had trouble with them before!

-Fuck you, Ace!-I got up and was about to leave. He grabbed me by both arms and pushed me against the wall aggressively.

-Sit your ass back down, Katniss!-He spoke slowly.

-HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO IF YOU'RE GRABBING ME?!

-DON'T FUCKING TALK BACK TO ME!-He slammed me against the wall one more time.

-If I get you in so much trouble, let me go...-I whispered, with tears in my eyes. The way he screamed was just so agressive. He then let go of me and looked down.

-Just sit...-He whispered too and left.

I did as he said and then called Richard. He didn't take more than 10 minutes to get there. I was inside, just sitting when I heard an engine roaring and I just knew it was him. I decided to wait for him inside. All the blood was starting to get me dizzy. Then I started hearing Richard screaming at Ace and then I heard things breaking in the bar and tables slamming against the walls and I just knew Rich was doing one of his again. When I got there, my vision was blurred. He was sitting over Ace and punching the shit out of him! The guys then rushed to them but it was pointless. Those 2 were at each other's throats! I walked to them, just trying to keep my balance.

-Dad...-I tried to scream but I could only talk with my normal voice. He didn't even see me. Richard was always a very calm guy. It is really hard for him to lose his calmness but when he does... When he does he doesn't see anything else but red. He got free from the guys and started hitting Ace again.-Dad!-I put my hand over his shoulder and he didn't even think twice. He punched me with all his strength. I felt my nose breaking under my skin as his fist landed on my face and then I fell back. I was 10x dizzier than before. The blood started coming out of my nose too and the pain was unbearable. The tears were involuntarily running down my cheeks.

-Oh my Lord... Kat!-My dad kneeled besides me. Man, I just wanted to cry... I was in so much pain!-I'm so sorry, sweetie...

-SON OF A BITCH!-Ace pulled him up and kept hitting him. I didn't even care this time. I was just silently sitting on the floor, trying to deal with the pain. I can't even describe it. It hurt so much... The colder it got, the worse it was. This boy came to me and took me away. I couldn't even see who it was.

-This might hurt a bit... -His voice sounded sweet and warm.-Sorry...-He put both of his hands on my nose and snapped it. I screamed my lungs out and pushed him away, violently. Soon, Ace and Richard blasted in, running, pushing each other. I was with my hand covering my face, just crying. Richard came to me right away.

-Are you okay, baby?-He asked as Ace grabbed the boy by the colar and slammed him against a wall.

-Stop!-I screamed.-BOTH OF YOU!-I looked at Rich and Ace. He let go of the boy right away.-You punched me dad! And you're hitting the boy that fixed my nose because both of you were just too worried fighting each other!-I was pissed. Rich looked at Ace and then back at me.

-I'm sorry, sweetie...

Then some guy burst in with a med kit. He made me lie down.

-This is gonna hurt.-He ripped off my shirt and started cleaning the wound. It did burn but it wasn't so bad... At least I thought so.

-Hi, Doc! How about "hello"?-Rich told him as he pushed him away. The doc pulled the bullet out, making me scream my lungs out again. Ace bit his lip. Almost instantaneously, my shoulder started spitting blood. 

-No time for bullshit.-He then started stitching me up. Oh man... Every time that needle pierced my skin I felt like I was being bitten!

-Stop!-Ace walked up to him.-You're hurting her, you son of a bitch!-He was gonna punch the doctor but Richard immobilized him.

-He's fixing my daughter!-He threw him back to his place.-So will you mind staying quiet?!-He was almost growling at Ace. They stared at each other, mad, then we heard engines outside and Ace left.

Jax was back and he wasn't happy. My dad grabbed my hand as the doctor pierced my sore skin over and over. The pain eventually got so unbearable I passed out.
