Carson's POV
I don't know how long it's been but the routine is pretty much the same. People come, people go. They talk to me. They say everything will be alright. They cry. And I just stay where I am. I can't do anything. I wanted to wake up. So bad. I longed to return to the normal world with all the people I love but I couldn't do anything. I suddenly heard the door handle move.
My heart seemed to lift up, hoping it was a family member or friend and not a doctor to operate on me. But it turned out it was neither. This person was much, much worse.
"Hello Carson," I said her sickly sweet voice. It was so familiar but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't recognise it. "Do you remember me?" the mysterious person asked. I tried but couldn't. "Well does this name ring a bell? Cassandra Reece."
My whole body froze and my pulse quickened. Cassandra?! What the hell was she doing here? Cassandra let out a laugh. She laughed and laughed for no apparent reason. She finally stopped laughing and wiped a tear from her eye. She caressed my cheek. I wanted to shout at her, 'Get away from me!' But I couldn't do anything so I sat there uselessly.
"I used to think you were my true love," she sighed, "It really is a shame."
"You know," she ruffled my hair, "I didn't want it to come to this."
Come to what? What was that crazy bitch planning?
"I can't believe I have to kill you," she sighed and I could tell by the tone of her voice she was smiling. She was going to kill me? Why?!
"I had to break out of juvy, you know. Because of YOU!" Cassandra suddenly began shouting.
"IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!" After a few seconds her voice calmed down, "When the time comes I will end you." Then I heard her footsteps getting quieter and quite until I couldn't hear it anymore. She must have left. Oh my God. What had just happened? Was it even real? For all I knew it all could've been a dream. But what if it wasn't? What if Cassandra really is out to kill me?...
OOOOOOH SH*T! Cassandra's back people! No one is safe! 😂 Lol but fr everyone in this story needs to be scared for their life
