Sit.'' Lydia ordered plonking me on my stood and dashing to get the curlers.
''Lyds my hair is f-'' she cut me off
''It needs curling.'' She stared grabbing my curling iron and a strand of my hair.
I huffed in annoyance but still stayed obedient as she curled my hair, did my make up and dressed me in a long black skirt and white crop top.
''I...I look l-'' she, once again, cut me off
''You look like something Derek hale will definitely want.'' She smirked and I rolled my eyes.
''Lydia!'' I scolded and she just shrugged dragging me down the stairs to where the boys were sat, obviously bored.
''Took long enough!'' Stiles groaned and us girls just rolled our eyes.
Derek kept his eyes fixed on me ''hey.''
''Hey.'' I smiled doing a little twirl
''Ready to go?'' Scott asked and we all simultaneously nodded.
''So where are we going?'' I asked as we drove in stiles' jeep.
''Danny's throwing a party.'' Scott said
''Oh.'' I muttered looking at Derek who was stiff as a plank of wood.
''You okay?'' I asked him taking his hand and he turned to me.
''Fine.'' He said back but I obviously didn't believe him.
Soon we got to the party, a raging buzz of lights and people. Immediately I felt uncomfortable, I had no idea why.
I walked in and Derek grabbed my hand. Maybe he felt as uncomfortable as me.
He bent down to my ear and whispered ''I love you''
I beamed and kissed him, ''I love you t-''
DEREKS POV
Nothing after that moment mattered. It didn't seem real. She was there.
So beautiful, so smart, simply existing. And then she wasn't.
It was relapse effect from what she tried to do so long ago. How after she swallowed those pills, she was never going to really get better. How everything that happened afterwards was just another battle for her body until it finally gave it. The doctors said it could've been at any time, any day.
Maybe if I had stopped her sooner she would be alive. But, maybe if I had done that, I would never of learned to love her.
Stiles is a wreck. Everyone is. Including myself.
That's why I'm here. That's why I'm not coming back.
The end *sobs* I guess after leaving this story for so long I was wondering how to end it. I felt this as an appropriate one because it needed to end and everything needed to go back to the beginning. I'm vague about that happened to everyone (including jess) because I don't want to go into to much detail and presume grief. Jess' death was unexpected because that's what all deaths are like. I hope this is okay.
If u have any questions about the story or about the characters after she died I will be free to give little insights but I will not create a chapter because of reasons I have already stated. GOODBYE! <3
