Girl’s Point of View:
It has been half a year since that moment had happened. I can still remember every detail of things, words and feelings that filled that day. The pain was crucial that neither will I forget it. But I’ve learned a lesson; I shouldn’t have not thought about how strong love is since people gets weak too, especially when you were the one who makes them go fragile. I’m happy that he has found someone the day we broke up. It wouldn’t be that difficult for him to move on. Unlike me, who had just suffered from Aortic Dissection, still on my way of moving on.
My phone rang. It was Satoshi.
“Hello, Satoshi?”
“Hey, babe. Are you doing something right now?”
“I’m just checking my ameblo account. “
“Oh. You don’t have an appointment with the doctor now?”
“Nope. That will be tomorrow. Why did you call by the way?”
“I’m missing you. Some of my friends will come over and I want you to meet them. Can you go here?”
“Yea sure. I’m missing kaye (puppy) as well so I really need to stop by there” I teased him.
“Ooh. You missed her and not me?” He playfully said and laughed.
“I’m gonna hang up now. See ya later.” I said and hanged up my phone.
I spirited grab my purse then went downstairs through the door. I met Satoshi the day Kei and I broke up. He was the one who stood beside me when I was in despair. I recklessly gave Satoshi heaps of punches and hits but he stood still and moreover, He gave me love in return. Who wouldn’t fall for a guy who just wants to give you the best despite of the miserable things you’ve given him? Things now are just perfectly fine, I know. Somehow, someday, I’ll be as happy as I was before. I uttered to myself.
I took a cab to go to Satoshi’s house. I shouldn’t be working out that much. I pressed the doorbell and later, Satoshi opened the door for me. He greeted me with a hug and I pecked on his cheeks.
“What took you so long?” Satoshi playfully asked me.
“Gaah. Is less than 10mins that long?” I raised my one eyebrow.
“I just missed you. Come in..” He patted my head then wrapped his hand on my waist as he walked me inside the residence. We stayed in the balcony which gives fresh air and an astonishing view of their fields.
“By the way, haven’t I met your friends that will be coming today before?” I asked.
“Probably, you haven’t met them yet. The other one went to Australia 6months ago. And the other one lives far from Tokyo… Well, one of them probably had been your boyfriend before. You were that pretty to be often asked out by guys.. And yea, it’s hurting me” He playfully confessed with his hand on his chest giving him a lame act of being hurt.
“You baka(stupid)! You know that I really don’t go out with random people.” I said with a smile to comfort his playful acts. He was like that; making me smile with his childish acts. That’s why I started to like him the day I accepted his confession.
Laughter took its part between us when we heard a bang of a doorbell.
