After work, Sougo checks his phone for any missed messages, but fails to read any death threats. He stops to rest at one of the benches in the park.
『Still no messages from China, huh.』
Meanwhile, Kagura feels her phone vibrate. A new message has arrived.
M: Kagura-chan, what are you doing?
Kagura looks at her surroundings. She spots Shinpachi standing a few feet behind her. Her current situation could easily be misunderstood so she pretends to be one with the tree in front of her, hoping the nuisance will quickly go away.
K:. . .
M: You do know that pretending to be one with
your surroundings doesn't work--with or without curry.*
K: No. You're seeing things.
K: Go visit the eye doctor and gets your eyes checked.
M: F.Y.I.
M: I just visited the optometrist. My eyes are healthy.

Shinpachi looks further ahead and recognizes a familiar face.

Just then, Sougo casually pulls off his eye mask and retrieves a phone from his back pocket.

Kagura stays stubborn and refuses to come out of hiding.

S: What happened to killing me?

S: You're bluffing.
