You unlocked the lock,flung open your bedroom door and ran down the stairs. She was calling your father.
"Mum... NO!" You screamed and grabbed the phone.
"Hun, I was going to send him to his fathers for a bit" she whispered.
"No you can't do that! " you shouted.
"W-why?" Your mum asked , becoming concerned.
"Because he's abusive! Remember when I stayed round there? He physically, sexually and mentally abused me!" She cried.
"W-what! Why didn't you tell me?" You could hear the anger brewing in her voice, and stepped back. Your mother was never angry.
"Because I was scared" you fell to the floor in tears.
"Hunny, I'm sorry. I'm not angry at you... I'm angry at that cunt" she whispered .
"Mum!" You shouted, she barely ever sweared, and she never did it around Kai.
