*You brother is now 10, sorry*You woke up to your brother coming in your room, scared. You could hear things being thrown around downstairs. You checked the time and it was 7:45am.
"Kai, what's happening?" You asked, worried.
"I-I don't k-know" he stuttered back.
"Have you checked mum?" You asked.
"Y-yeah, she wasn't in her room and I was scared to go downstairs because of the noise. I can kinda hear a man aswell" he mumbled.
"Oh no" you whispered under your breath, as you remembered what your mum told you the night before.
"I'm going to go downstairs and check on mum, you stay here, okay?" You said re-assuringly.
You crept downstairs, and looked through the bars. You couldn't believe what was happening. Your dad was back, and throwing everything around, while hitting your mum.
You slowly crept back upstairs.
"Kai, I need you to stay very quiet up here okay? And I need to borrow your iPad please" you whispered.
"Is everything okay?" He mumbled.
"It'll be okay" you replied.
You crept back onto the stairs, and started recording with the iPad, while calling the police with your phone.
