5. Triwizard Tournament

I woke up and my eyes met with Camila's. I smiled and she softly kissed my lips. "Morning," Camila mumbled against my lips and I smiled. "Morning," I mumbled against her lips. We pulled away and I was blushing and smiling like crazy. "I have to go to school, can you come with me today? It's the annual tournament today," Camila said and I nodded. I got up and changed into my Slytherin uniform and I was too lazy to cover up my cuts that Bellatrix gave me so I let it be. "Cami, you ready?" I asked and she nodded. "Nightwind, do you mind if you flew us to school?" I asked and he shook his head. "Let's have a race!" Camila said and I giggled. "Alright, choose a friend," I said and she nodded and got on Nightwind. "Okay, Thundercolt, you ready?" I asked and he nodded, chuckling. I got on and he striked his talon against the dirt. "Three...," I said, lowering my body, getting ready to take off. "Two...," I said and looked over at Camila who looked focused. "One...Go!" I said and Thundercolt took off running and then flew up. Nightwind already flew off, yet we were ahead of them since Thundercolt is fast. "Woo!!!" I yelled as I sat up straight and had my arms out. "Yeah!" I yelled and Camila giggled. "Woah!" I said as Thundercolt turned and I was quick to grab onto him. We landed at the school and the kids were murmuring stuff. I landed and got off to help Camila off. "Cami, you're late," I joked and she rolled her eyes and giggled. "As if, besides Nightwind took off first, how did you win?" Camila asked, pouting. "We ran first then took off," I said and she made an 'o' shape with her mouth. I giggled and took her hand and lead her to first period, potions, yayy! Note my un-enthusiasm. "Class, settle down," Lauren said as she walked in, me going unnoticed. "Mila, you have something on your nose," I lied. "Where? Can you get it off for me?" She asked and I nodded. I kissed her nose and she scrunched her face and I giggled. "Potter, knock it off. Wait, Potter?" Lauren said and I felt my heart ache at my last name being used from her mouth. "I'm just here to keep Camila in line, so don't worry about me," I said and bit my bottom lip, nervously. "Hey, I thought I was allowed to bite your lip?" Camila whispered and I blushed. "You're so fucking adorable," Camila said and I blushed even more. "Cami, stop," I whined softly, hiding my face in my hands. "No, you're a princess, but you're my princess," Camila said, taking my hands away from my face. "You're a dork, but you're my dork," I said and she giggled. Stop flirting with her, Potter. So we're on a last name basis, Lauren? You are fucking breaking me and Camila actually loves me Lauren! Tell me here, where were you when I needed you? Oh that's right, not by your ex girlfriend's side Lauren! E-Ex? Yeah, Lauren, you obviously don't need me like I need you. I fucking love you and I miss hearing my nickname come out of your mouth. But, I guess being the Cursed Potter has its curses. I just wish you'd understand why I lied to Bellatrix. Camila booped my nose, snapping me away from the telepathic talk I was having with Lauren. "You okay babe?" Camila asked and I nodded, blushing. "I-uhm," Camila stammered and I giggled. "Cami, it's fine," I said softly and she nodded. "Would all students head to the hall," McGonagall's voice was amplified with her wand. I got up and Camila looked nervous. "Cami, why are you nervous?" I asked as I took her hand in mine, my thumb rubbing the back of her hand. "I dunno, I feel like Dinah might try to impress Normani and put her name in," Camila said and I nodded. "What about me?" I asked and pouted. Camila giggled and shook her head. "Stop it, you might actually make me believe you're gonna do it," Camila said as we made our way to the hall. I was with Camila, Lorcan and Lysander. "So, Y/N/N, are you gonna enter?" Lysander asked and I sighed. "I'm thinking about it," I said and Camila tensed a bit. "Don't worry Cami, I have you and the girls to come back to. So I'll have something to look forward to," I said and she smiled. McGonagall explained the rules and Victoria got up and put her name on a piece of paper in the Goblet of Fire. Teddy went up. "Teddy?" I asked and he nodded. "Yeah, I know, I just want to impress my dead parents," Teddy said and I nodded. "The Goblet of Fire has chosen!" McGonagall said. She pulled out the papers and read them off. "Viktor Krum Jr., Victoire Weasley, Teddy Lupin, Y/N Potter," McGonagall said and everyone started murmuring stuff. "What the hell? I didn't do anything," I said softly. We were allowed to be free from the rest of school so I decided to hang with the girls. "How did your name get into the Goblet of Fire?" Camila asked and I shrugged. "It's like I'm repeating the shit my Dad did. This happened to him before, Mad-Eye Moody was his name. But he wasn't the real Mad-Eye Moody, it was the Prime Minister's son: Barty Crouch Jr.," I said and they nodded. "Who do you think it is?" Dinah asked and I shrugged and sighed. Camila put her hand on my shoulder and I smiled. "Thanks Cami," I said and she looked at me confused. "For what?" Camila asked. "Y'know, for being here for me even though she isn't," I said and she nodded. "So, are you two..?" Dinah asked and I tilted my head to the side in confusion. "Who? Me and Cami? Or the other one?" I asked. "Woah, that explains a lot. You and the professor aren't together anymore? What happened to a few days ago where you looked at her like she is the only one for you?" Normani asked and I sighed. "I still look at her that way, but I wanted to trick Bellatrix into thinking I was going to follow her. I lied, saying that she'd be a better lover than Jauregui and I had my fingers crossed, so I didn't mean any of it. I was going to kill her but I ended up getting cut," I said and they gasped. "Where?" Ally asked. "My stomach," I said and they gasped. "C-Can we see?" Normani asked and I nodded. "Loveless, Unworthy, Cursed, Hated, and Dead," Camila whispered and Lauren walked by and saw it, but I looked down, putting my shirt down. "I'm starting to think I actually am better off dead. I mean, think about it, how many lives would be safe if I were dead?" I said and the girls gasped. "Take it back," Camila said and I sighed. "I can't Cami, I'm starting to believe the words," I said and she shook her head. "They aren't true!" Camila said. "Really? Because the girl I wanted to keep safe fucking left me! That's why I am Hated," I said and got up and walked off. "Y/N!" Camila said. "Mila, let her go, let her calm down," Normani said and she sighed. I walked over to the field and I accidentally snapped a stick. I heard a growl and looked up to see a Griffin. I grew nervous because if you wake up a Griffin, it could mean all hell breaks loose. I quickly bowed my head to show my respect and trust. He got up and walked over to me. I realized that he had two horns and four wings.
