Annabeth's p.o.v.
After ares came to us and told us about the gods fighting alongside us, we all went back to the mess hall, and started talking strategy, I wasn't paying any attention, I was thinking about nico, reyna, and coach hedge. I thought about how they made it their and how the Romans might have reacted to their praetor bringing back a Greek statue, one they had stolen. Will they judge her wrong, for doing something good? I was actually thinking to send her an irismessage and see how things actually went. If they do judge her wrong and strip her out of her praetorship then, Octavian will become praetor. He won't think twice to attack our camp. I was about to stand up and send her a message when percy grabbed my hand.
Huh? I asked, then I saw the whole crew looking at me too.
"Well we wanted to ask you what's wrong? You have been off lately, we were talking to you but you had your thinking face on." He told me
I sighed than sat back down " I have actually been thinking about reyna."
They all had confusion written all over their face " why would you think about Reyna?" Leo asked.
" well if they strip her out of her praetorship,then Octavian will be in command and if Octavian is in command....."
" he will make sure to destroy the camp." Jason said
" yea I was about to go and send her an irismessage to see what has happened." I stated
" I think that's a good idea maybe we should all send her one and ask her." Frank said.
" I think I should talk to her, we both have to talk about more stuff anyways" I said.
They all looked at each other then nodded, I stood up and left the mess hall. I then went to my room, then I went to the bathroom, turned the knob to the hot water, the mist started to swirl around then a rainbow appeared. I got a drachma out of my pocket, said the usual statement, then Reyna's face appeared. She was at camp, she was standing in front of my mothers statue. Her face grim and she showed no expression. She turned around and saw me.
"Annabeth, we have much to discuss." She said but she showed no hint of hopeness in her eyes.
