Annabeth's p.o.v.

" hello reyna it's nice to see you are well" I said

She looked at me, as if trying to see, if I knew the reason she wasn't happy.

" when we left y'all and started our journey to the camp," she started not even saying hello to me, I knew something wasn't right, I wanted to ask her but I let her continue anyways. " we had a lot of attacks, many monsters were attracted to the statue as if knowing, us returning to it would be bad. We fought them, we camped a lot to let nico rest, he is in his cabin resting."She told me. " then we made it to the camp , when we got here, they wanted to kill me, but then nico told them what we had done, they accepted us." She said, but she emphasized the word they, as if someone else didnt.

I looked at her, finally the pieces clicked, at stared at her worriedly. " you don't mean to say he-." She didn't even let me finish. " yes, he did it, but I think they don't know the power the statue holds. They know what we did to it and what it symbolizes to the Greeks." " but they think its just a plain statue, no powers." She said almost looking hopeful.

I looked at her, not noticing how tired, and hollow she seemed. She was wearing faded jeans, her purple camp shirt, and her black hair flowed down her shoulders, making her look very beautiful, but she had bags under her eyes and she looked like she was about to drop dead.

" reyna have you rested since you got to camp?" I asked her knowing the answer already.

She looked at me not showing any emotion, but she then sighed and nodded, " I am so stressed out, I am defying my legion, when I should be helping it out.

" yes, you should, but if you didn't do this, there would be no more legion to return to." I told her.

She looked so sad, as if knowing, the consequences of what would happen if she hadn't helped us. She then smiled " we told everyone about what the crew went through." She said " they were more interested in you, and percy. We told them about you and him making it out alive from Tartarus. They have claimed you two the greatest heroes of all time. The others following in right behind you and percy. They our so proud of you, Chiron started crying the moment I we finished telling the stories." She said, smiling brightly.

Even I had to smile at that, our whole camp named us the greatest of all? It felt amazing, like knowing the odds, our against us. But then knowing that even if you lose, you will still be remembered as the best. I smiled at the thought.

I turned back to reyna, who had her expression guarded. " we still have no idea what the statue can do." She said.

She looked at me worriedly than sighed " I have to go annabeth, but I will talk to you soon." She then stared at me " if the fates permit." She sighed then moved her hand across the screen and the connection broke.

She left me standing their thinking about all the things that were happening, then I remembered one thing.

Octavian is praetor, and he has declared war on camp half-blood.
