Long Ago, "Guardians" brought Crystals into the world to help bring peace and balance. One crystal is held in Niflheim, The other in Insomnia and the third in Coccoon. But when Niflheim lost there power to their crystal all hell broke loose, they built soldiers out of Daemon dna to invade the city of Insomnia and The city of Coccoon. However The first King of Lucis stopped the destruction of Insomnia by using the Crystal Power known as "the Armiger". Niflheim had no chance against The Lucis and Insomnia so they waged an attack in Coccoon but The King wanted to prevent this. The first "Oracle" called out to the Guardians to help aid Coccoon in their war. Guardian Shiva the Ice Goddess was awaken and stopped Niflheim Soldiers from taking Coccoon
For centuries the War has never ended, however Insomnia using the crystals power built a shield around the city preventing the Niflheim Soldiers from entering. One day the King of Lucis called out to Guardian Bahamut to seek the chosen King of Lucis to stop this war once and for all. And so he did...
