Regina kept her eyes on the man in white as he took out a coin and tossed it over to the jukebox in the corner, a lucky shot, as the coin went through and the jukebox began playing a big band intro. The man in white glided across the floor and up to Regina who looked at him astounded, the man offered his hand and Regina took the offer. Light on her feet, Regina danced with the stranger who danced incredibly well, Regina was in a dreamy state as she twirled into the man's arms.
"Who are you?" Regina asked as she was pulled in close to him.
"The name is Michael." The man replied.
Michael and Regina waltzed around the dance floor with a series of twirls and spins with the crowd watching and dancing along to the music from the jukebox, as the two went into another twirl Michael pulled Regina close to him in a tango position.
"And you are?" Michael asked.
"Regina." Regina replied.
Michael and Regina swayed to the beat of the music and continued to wow the crowd with their unsuspecting dance, at the end of the song Michael quickly pulled Regina up from a dip close enough to where they were face to face the two were surrounded by applause from the club goers.
"Thanks for the dance." Regina said smiling.
"I should be thanking you." Michael replied as he stroked her cheek. "But right now I have to leave." Michael added.
"Where are you going?" Regina asked.
"It's sort of private." Michael replied.
"Oh, well when you got to go, you got to go." Regina smiled. "Are you going to come back?" Regina added.
"Yeah, I'll be back some other time." Michael replied.
"I've heard some things about you, apparently you're no stranger here." Regina stated.
"I guess not, I'm fascinated with the place but I don't want to linger too long in fear of something bad happening to these innocent people." Michael explained.
"Oh, well I don't want to hold you up, I guess I'll see you some other time." Regina concluded.
"Here's my number, if you want to call me." Michael replied as he handed her a folded slip of paper.
"Thanks" Regina replied as she took the paper.
"It was nice meeting you Regina." Michael dismissed. "Oh, and thanks" Michael added as he kissed Regina's hand before he left the club.
