I laughed lightly as I pulled away from Simon's arms. I was standing in the middle of the waiting room where Simon was waiting. He was escorting me home today. Finally. Four days after the accident. This was the first time we've seen each other since the accident. They only let Josh in since he was family. "I've missed you and your yelling so much." Simon mumbled before placing a light kiss on my forehead. "Yeah yeah I know I'm great." I said, pretending to flip my hair. "Shall we go? Our Uber is waiting." Simon said. I felt bad that Simon's car got basically destroyed. Now he'd be without a car for a while. I nodded and let him grab my hand before leading me out of the building. I noticed his left wrist was in a cast but his other wrist was perfectly fine and was pressed safely against my own. "Josh has your phone waiting for you at home. I was going to bring it but I completely forgot it." Simon explained after a few seconds of silence in the car. We were still holding hands and I felt his thumb start to graze over mine lightly. "There is also another surprise at the house for you." He said. I looked over at him and narrowed my eyes. "What is it?" I asked. "Well that would ruin the surprise now, wouldn't it?" He smirked. "I hate surprises." I groaned. "I'm sorry but I'm not allowed to tell you." He said. I rolled my eyes and stared out the window. I had a good feeling it was Nando's, but I didn't say anything. I had been eating awful hospital food for days and I just hoped it was Nando's.
*Simon's POV*

Mackenzie was sat in my spare gaming chair. She had her damp hair tied up in a bun and the bruise and cut on her forehead was very very obvious but she still looked beautiful. I insisted she take a shower in my bathroom just in case. The doctor told me that everything she did would most likely cause her pain for about three weeks. And I knew washing her hair and stretching her torso out when she did so hurt her and I wanted to reduce the risk of another injury so that's why I made her take shower in my room. I couldn't help but feel horribly guilty about the whole accident but the guys had been telling me repeatedly to not feel bad about it. I knew Mackenzie would say the same thing so I didn't say anything. "Why're you looking at me?" She asked, locking her phone and looking at me. "Because you're beautiful." I said simply. She rolled her eyes, a ghost of a smile on her lips. "I'm leaving." She said. She began to stand up and I saw her jaw clench in pain as she went through the motion of standing up. "Where are you going?" I asked. "To take a nap." She shrugged. "Take a nap in here." I said. She stopped walking and turned around to look at me. "But you should record probably." She said. "Not many games I can play." I said with a small laugh, holding my broken wrist up. "Unless..." I let my voice trail off. "I don't know how to play FIFA." She said, already knowing where this was going. "But it'll be fun! You do one half of the controller and I do the other!" "I'm not even presentable." She protested. I knew no matter what I said about that she would still want to at least do something with her hair. She only wore makeup when she wanted and she often recorded without it, because she didn't need it. No girl needed it in my opinion. "Will you please record with me?" I asked, standing up and making a puppy dog face. I closed the gap between us and folded my hands together the best I could. "Please?" I made the puppy dog face again. "You're such a dork." She said with a smile. "Yeah but I'm your dork." I said and placed a kiss lightly on her head. "Fine. But let me take my hair down first." She said, giving up. I nodded and turned around, walking towards my desk. I hadn't recorded or uploaded since the accident. The guys have continued as normal but I sort of disappeared. I did tweet out once that I was okay, just had some stuff going on, so I guess this would be my video that I would return with. I would have to do more real life videos because it would be really hard to play games with a broken wrist but I didn't mind. I'd been needing an excuse to do more real life videos anyways. "Okay I'm good now." Mackenzie's voice right in my ear made me jump and she laughed. I turned around slightly in my chair to see her hair down now. Her hair was naturally wavy so it looked good natural. Hell it looked good however it was. "Oh don't make me laugh." She said, forcing a straight face and placing a hand on her side. "Then this video is going to suck for you. Are you sure you're good?" I asked. She nodded. "I'll live." She said. I reached over and grabbed my spare chair and moved it beside mine so she could sit down. I also helped her sit down, which she tried to ignore. I knew she didn't like to have help but she knew she needed it too. I set everything up to begin recording and looked at her one last time before I turned the camera on. She nodded reassuringly. I sighed mentally as I looked into the camera that was still turned off. Well, here goes nothing.
