Michael entered Jordan's room. He sat next to him and stroked his hair. At that moment, the doctor came in.
Michael: Doctor, How is he?
Doctor: I can say he looks promising. It looks as if in less than 10 days he will wake up.
Michael: I hope so (smiling weakly)
The nurse rushed in in a hurry hardly breathing.
Nurse: Doctor, we have an emergency. We have received a terribly wounded woman.
Doctor: Excuse me sir (to Michael who nodded) Call her family immediately and inform them
Nurse: Okay sir (nervously as they went out in a hurry)
As they disappeared around the corner, Michael saw Brian appeared.
Brian: I need to tell you something... (Worriedly)
Michael's phone rang at that moment.
Michael: Hold on a second (as he took his phone)
Brian: Damn it!
Michael: Hello (answering his phone)
Nurse: Is this Michael Connelly?
Michael: Yeah and who are you?
Nurse: We're calling from Baylon Hospital. Your wife was attacked and is terribly wounded.
Michael suddenly remembered what had happened an instant ago, was Emily the wounded woman? The phone fell from his hand and smashed on the ground as he ran to the Emergency room to find Emily lying there helplessly and weak.
Michael: Emily (yelling as he ran to her side) Are you okay? Darling can you hear me? (Desperately panicking)Who did this to you, darling?
Emily squinted at him.
Emily: The children (breathlessly) they are in danger Michael, go.
The nurse gave him a paper. Michael read it.
Nurse: They found that on the scene. It looks like someone, who knows you, has done this.
Michael: Please take care of my wife, please.
The nurse nodded and he left in a hurry. Tears ran down Michael's cheeks as he ran to his car. Suddenly, someone struck his back head with a brick .For a moment, he stood there with the world turning around him and he fainted. Vane appeared before him.
Vane: That should be enough for now.
At Kirin High school.
Elvin met Melinda near the gate and smiled at her.
Melinda: What took you so long?
Elvin: We had a test Mel (as he kissed her forehead)
