First date

Rima's pov

I went into Virat's room with the dress on that Virat gave me.
"Are you ready?" I asked Virat stepping in.
He stood starring at me and started laughing.
"What?" I asked him.
"No nothing." He just laughed away.
"No tell me."
"Atleast don't hold your gown like that let it drag on the floor."
"It will get dirty."
"But why are you wearing sport shoes? It's doesn't match your gown."
"Then what should I wear ? slippers?"
"Heels!"
"I will fall down. Everytime I wear them I fall down. Stop removing flaws in me can we please move." I shouted at him.

Virat's pov

Soon we reached the place. It was a sea shore restaurant . The full moon's light made the place look more beautiful . The strong cool breeze , and her beautiful brown eyes which I could sit and stare my whole life.

"When will the power be back?" She asked.
"What?"
"Why is this place so poorly lit?"
I could not stop laughing.

"When will the power be back? Don't they have a generator?"
"Its a candle light dinner."
"It's my first time."
"Well this is how it goes."

After the dinner .
"Let's go for a walk?"i asked him.
"With those heels?"
She removed her heels and threw them away.
"Now?"

TIME SKIP OF TWO MONTHS

Gayathri POV

"Sorry i could not answer your call."i apologized to Roger.
"You haven't spoken to me for last one month." He complained.
"I have many deadlines to be met. I am getting a call i will call you back."

Next day in office.
I was in a discussion with my group about our new prime time show when rema stepped in.
"Your meeting isn't over yet its lunch time."rema said.
"But i am not hungry?"
"Look at them they have been sitting for four hours dont they need a break?"

The meeting was dispersed while rema and i sat down in my room.
"Yesterday Roger had called me. Why dint you call him back."
"I was busy with office work."
"STOP BEING A WORKAHOLIC." She shouted as she slammed the door.
