X Factor auditions were running smoothly, Justin got in plenty of laughs watching Demi and Simon joke and make fun of each other. "BREAK" a producer yelled from the sound booth, all of the judges got up and went to the dressing rooms, except Demi who went backstage to grab Justin. "Lets get out of here before too many people see you," Demi said grabbing his hand "let's keep the focus on the new talent" she was smiling, "Good idea, that one duo, Alex & Sierra, they were quite good." Justin said wondering what Demi's real feelings about them were, "Yeah they were amazing! I can definitely see them winning this thing."  
Once they got back to the dressing rooms Demi introduced Justin to Kelly, Simon and Paulina, "He's a cutie! and so sweet" Kelly told Demi, Paulina nodded in agreement. "He better be good to you" Simon said with a look of suspicion. Demi looked confused, "What?" Simon had already zoned out. "SIMON" Demi yelled, he snapped back to reality, "That boy better treat you right, it's all i'm saying." Demi felt a little more relaxed but still wondered what he meant, did he know something she didn't? "Justin why don't you go back to the stage before we do, so they don't notice" Justin nodded and was escorted by a stage manager. "Do you know something I don't?" Demi asked Simon as soon as the door shut behind Justin, "well, i've heard things but nothing's for sure." Simon even looked guilty for mentioning it, "What is it?" Demi was very serious, "Just that when he was dating Selena, he was something less than faithful" she just looked shocked. Kelly and Paulina each gave her a hug.. "I'm sorry lil sis" Paulina said  to her, "I know it hurts but it's going to be okay" Kelly reassured her. "It's go time" another stage manager said walking into the room, the girls and Simon nodded. They walked out, Kelly and Paulina on either side of Demi; they had their arms linked together and Simon was walking behind them. "You ready?" Kelly asked Demi when they were behind the entrance doors, they could hear the crowd inside waiting for them, Demi nodded her head. "Let's do this" Paulina said, pushing the door open.
The first contestant was a young girl, Ellona Santiago, Demi was so into her performance she loved her! "You're amazing, I can see you winning this whole show." Demi said looking up at the talented young girl. She saw Justin from the corner of her eye and suddenly her face changed, Ellona was a little confused but Kelly realized what happened and took over. Right after Ellona left the stage, with four yeses, Kelly looked at Demi, "Are you okay" she asked Demi nodded. Just then Paulina tapped Demi's shoulder, "Lookie there" she said pointing to Justin who was making his way to the table, "What's wrong?" he asked her, she shook her head and look at Kelly, "can you guys talk on the next break?" she politely asked him, "yeah sure" he replied and walked back to the wings where he was waiting. 
The auditions for that day went smoothly for a couple more hours then "CUT" was called and every made their way out of the arena, the judges to the dressing rooms to wait for the crowds the die down and the crew go to work tearing everything down to be moved to the next location. "Where's Justin?" Demi asked one of the stage managers, "Oh he left about an hour a go" Demi looked like she had just been kicked. Kelly walked over to her and comforted her the best she could. "I need to get home" Demi said, fighting back her tears. Kelly nodded and walked with her to her car. Justin wasn't there so Demi got in and called him:
"Hello" said Justin, sounding angry
"What the hell happened to you today?" Demi asked angrily
"I left. I had to, I couldn't stand to stand there and watch you look so sad and you not tell me what's wrong"
"Well I heard something today and I didn't know what to think of it" she sounded scared, like she didn't want to know the answer
"Well, that did you hear?" Justin asked, sounding irritated
"I heard that you were unfaithful to Selena" Demi just blurted it out, she couldn't take no knowing any more. 
"Demi. I may have been unfaithful to Selena one time. But never would I do that to you. I love you so much." Justin said, practically begging her to forgive him..
