Some Where We Belong (Captain America Love Story)

Part 12

Third Person P.O.V

It has been a month since Nellieton, Lucas and Megan arrived at the Avengers towers. They felt like they belonged there.

Nellieton was having a day break from training. She grew close to Black Widow and would often train with her, without the others.

Megan and Lucas were having a training session. They didn't train as much as Nellieton so they needed extra session.

The two were on the way to the training room. "Are you nervous" Megan asked Lucas. "No I love training" he replied.

Lucas didn't love training for the training purpose. He loved it because he loved spending time with Black Widow. He was crushing on her.

When they arrived at the training room they notice Widow and Bruce talking about something. Both Megan and Lucas felt jealous though they hid it well.

"Are we early" Megan asked. Both heroes looked at them. "No we were just talking about something" Bruce said.

"Well we're ready" Lucas said. "Great. I hope you don't mind if I watch. I'm not very good at the training side of things" Bruce said. "We'd love you too" Megan said.

"Right it's only me training you today. Hawkeye is busy doing a mission as is Scarlet Witch" Widow told them.

"At least we got the best trainer there is" Lucas said making Widow smirk. Megan rolled her eyes at her friends flirting.

"Let's start, 20 push ups" Widow said. Lucas and Megan do the push ups. They soon finish and get up.

"Did I say get up, 20 more" Widow said. They kept going. Lucas done 30 while Megan just done 20. She always did what she was told.

"I said 20 not 30" Widow snapped. Megan gasped. Last time someone did what they weren't meant to they get beat.

Lucas went over to Megan as her breathing went heavy. "It's ok" Lucas said as he put air in her mouth using his powers.

Megan soon recovered. "Are you ok" Bruce asked. "Last time she watched someone, well me not listen I got beat and so did she" Lucas said.

"I'm sorry" Widow said. "It's not your fault" Lucas said defending her. "We're not there anymore" Megan said. "We won't hurt you" Bruce told her.

Megan looked up at him and smiled. "Thank you" she said. Bruce couldn't help but smile back at her.

"I want you to have a break. Flame it's just me and you" Widow said. "Oh I don't mind that at all" he said out loud making Bruce and Megan chuckle.

Bruce tried to watch Lucas and Widow but he couldn't focus on them he was more interested in Megan.

She was so beautiful, so innocent. He was curious on how she ended up joining KAE but he didn't want to ask her it would upset her.

All he wanted to do was take away all her pain, all her memories. She wasn't emotionless in fact she had a lot of emotions.

"Alright that's 2 hours of training" Widow said. 'Two hours? How long have I been thinking' Bruce thought to himself.

"I'm jumping in the shower. I'm all sweaty" Lucas said before he left. "I should probably get a shower myself" Megan said.

"I'll walk you to your room" Bruce said. "That would be lovely" Megan said. They said goodbye to Widow and leave.

They walk slowly to Megan rooms. "You done well today" Bruce said. "Until I had a mini panic attack" Megan said.

"Do they reoccur often" Bruce asked. "Not really. I've grown to generally control them" Megan said as they reach her door.

She looked at Bruce. "Thank you, Bruce" she said as she kissed his cheek before going in her room. "You're welcome" he replied.

A small played on her face as she closed the door. He walked away touching his cheek. She kissed him. It may have only been a peck but it was still a kiss.
