Chapter 30

"There's my ride." I said pointing to the big black van that parked in the school parking lot. "Alright. Remember to text me later." Jessica said smiling. I nodded. "Bye Jessica!" I yelled running to the van. I opened the door and smiled at the boys.

"Someone looks happy." Louis said smiling. "This is the best school ever." I said closing the door. I sat down as Liam started to drive away. "I'm taking you have a good day?" Zayn asked smiling. "The best." I said pulling out my laptop.

The school had a website and we can all communicate on it. Cole helped me set up an account. I logged on and looked at the posts. I pulled out my phone and and typed in Jessica number and texted her

Hey Jessica.

I locked my phone and looked at Niall in the back eating some crackers. "Can I have some?" I asked him holding out my hand. "No!" He yelled slapping my hand away. "Well okay." I mumbled. "We can stop and get something later." Liam told me from the front.

I nodded. We parked in front of the studio and ran inside because it started to rain. Zayn got in the recording booth and I sat down on a chair and my phone started to buzz.

Heyy Kayla! Was up?

At recording studio. Bored out of my mind.

Recording studio?! Are you famous?!

To:Jess<3

No. Haha I'm here with Zayn.

I locked my phone and started to dance around the room room with Louis who was dancing horribly. "You suck at dancing." I said to Louis. He put his hand to his heart. "Hurtful!" He yelled as I laughed at him and sat back down.

Yes Zayn as in Zayn Malik!

I know she has a crush on Zayn. That's all she talked about at lunch. I found it weird and funny. Weird because she was obsessing over my dad.. And funny because she's crazy obsessed with them.

"So anything cool happen at school today?" Liam asked sitting down next to me. "I have a lead part in a song we're doing." I said shrugging. "That's great!" Harry yelled high five me. I nodded.

When we got home Perrie was cooking. "Hi mum." I said hugging her. "Hi Kayla! How was school?" She asked smiling. "Great! I love it." I said smiling. "That's great sweetheart." She said kissing the top of my head.

We all sat down and I was doing homework on my laptop and I saw a video call coming from Cat, Lucy, and Jessica. I hit answer and there faces popped up in 3 different corners. "Kayla!" Cat yelled smiling. "Hi." I said waving.

"Wait is that food?!" Cat asked getting closer to the video camera. "Yes." I said laughing. "What is it?" She said sitting back down. "You're such a pig Cat." Lucy said rolling her eyes. I laughed. "Who you talking to?" Zayn asked me. "Friends." I told him.

"C'mon Kayla we gotta go." Zayn told me as I was about to sit on the couch. "I was gonna sit down." I told him walking out the door and to the car. Zayn got in and started to drive off. "Where are we even going?" I asked him.

"We are gonna go meet the lads at the carnival." He said keeping his eyes on the road.

We parked and saw the other lads. I got out of the car and ran over to them jumping on Louis's back.

"Hey Kayla! Ready to go?" He asked smiling at me. I nodded before we walked in.

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. Writers block and I've been busy. Sorry I'll try and update again tomorrow or later tonight! Xoxo
