Luke's POV

Today was my first day back at school after summer break and I was both excited and horrified.

Excited because I get to get away from my abusive parents, but horrified because I also get bullied at school daily.

I can't escape the everyday abuse no matter what.

There hasn't been a day since I was 12 that I haven't gotten beaten my someone and I'm 17 now. 

I was limping to school in my old clothes with my 10 year old bag and school supplies I have used for years.

The school always provides new notebooks for families who need it but other than that we have to fight for ourselves.

As soon as I walked into the school I was pushed to the ground. 

"Sup Hemmings. Ready for another year of Hell?" One of the biggest jocks said.

Oh you have no clue.
