So much for a week! In the end it took about two weeks for us to get any sort of result. In the meantime, I took a turn for the worse.
I was riding one day with my friend, enjoying the ride, getting on with my life. Then suddenly I felt this sharp stabbing pain on my rib hump. I took it easy for the rest of the day and went to bed.
Then when I got up in the morning I literally could not get up. Mum had to drag me downstairs. Obviously I couldn't walk around school in that state so I got the day off and managed to get a bit better during the day.
Then on Tuesday I thought the worst was over, went into school, got catapulted into a wall and the pain came back. Hence the Wednesday off school and a trip to A&E resulting in doctors orders to not rode or do PE.
Same thing on Thursday regarding the wall incident.
Went into school on Friday, thought it was going rather well, did a science experiment involving a paper helicopter, some stairs and paperclips, hurt my back and got sent home.
We then got an appointment with the specialist for the following day.
