New Goal

I sat up in a flash as I panted and started to sweat. 'Who was talking to me, and what does that mean?' I stared at the wall for a good ten minutes until I realized I should get out of bed. I jumped out of bed and hopped to my closet, looking through my clothes and deciding what to wear. In the end, I decided on a (f/n) shirt with black leggings to go with it. I hopped down the hallway and ran down the stairs and greeted everyone. "Guys I'm gonna go take a walk, be right back." I called as I ran out the door and to the park. Once I got there, I stopped to catch my breath and to look around. Once I caught my breath, I smiled and walked around. I noticed barely anyone was here. That's weird? Usually there's a lot of people here. I walked a bit more and what I saw next filled me with rage. Two kids were kicking the life out of a Snowdrake. "Hey!! You two!! Leave that Snowdrake alone!!!" I yelled as I stomped towards them angrily. "Oh yeah, I'm so scared of a little girl, especially one with cute cat ears." One of the boys taunted as I growled in annoyance. "Well at least im NOT Beaton people up just to show how 'tough' I am, especially if it's a helpless monster" I shot back as he growled and ran towards me, his hand into a fist. I dodged with no problem as he turned back to try and kick my legs. I jumped up and kicked him in his face, leaving a red mark of my shoe. He held his cheek in pain as I landed on the ground. "This isn't over!! You're a freak like the rest of them!!" He shouted as he ran away. I walked over to the shivering Snowdrake and helped him out. "Thank you! I can tell that man I cold." He said as I giggled at his pun. He then walked away as I stood up and decided to go back home. I will be the one in that prophecy. I will clear the monsters name and I will make sure humans and monsters will live in harmony once again. Knowing this fills me with DETERMINATION
