*One month later*

"Where have you been?' I ask Adam as soon as he walks in the door. Yea he was with Jen. I can tell. He smells like the perfume I got her. She still wears it..

"Um I was just out." He says.

"So first you date my ex and then you lie to your best friend! Are you fucking kidding me. Tell me the truth!"

"Dude calm down. I was with Jen."

"Wow what a great best friend you are."

"cant you just let me be happy!"

Is this guy serious right now! God I want to kick his ass.

"Yea you can be happy just not with the girl I am madly in love with! You know the worst part, you know that I still love her above all things and you dont give a damn!"

"I have been your best friend for 10 years Josh, you think I dont know that you are still in love with Jen! She deserves to be happy and obviously you weren't making her happy! You should have seen how much she was smiling today! And you know what, she was with me not you! You arent the reason behind her smile anymore, you are the reason behind her tears, so get that through your fucking head!!!!!"

"Get out." I say trying not to cry.

"What?" He looks around so confused.

"You heard me, get out. I'm done with you. Jen does deserve better than me and you. You are no better than me and when Jen finds out about your lies, you will be the one causing her tears not me."

He walks out because he knows I'm right. He is just going to hurt Jen. Something I cant let happen but if I tell her she will think I'm lying to her and just being a jealous ex-boyfriend. Thank god I'm back in Union. I have people to talk to. Hopefully Connor will listen to me. He's been a little pissed since the whole fight.

"Hey Connor." I say peering into his room.

"What do you want?" He snaps.

"I need your help with something so Jen doesnt get hurt."

"Who is going to hurt Jen?' Now I have his attention.

"Adam." Connor hates Adam so this should be interesting.

He sits down at his desk. I sit in the extra chair he has.

"What do you need?" He asks.

"He blocked me on everything. I need you to hack his profiles."

"Whats on his profiles that you need so bad, Josh?"

"Pictures of him and his actual girlfriend. He thinks he can get away with it because Jen doesnt have a twitter or a facebook."

"Well he's got another thing coming."

**Jens P.O.V**

"Hey I thought you were back in Union with Josh." I say when I see Adam standing at the door.

"I figured I could go back to LA with you." he says smiling. How can I resist that smile. "I could go to the Golden Globes with you and everything will be perfect." He adds.

"That sounds amazing."

"I was hoping you would say that because I already packed."

"You are an idiot."

I pull him in the door and up to my room. I tease him with a small kiss before breaking away from him. He pouts.

"That was mean." He whines.
