"What's going on in here?!" I shouted, exiting my room in a huff. My eyes widened as I saw Yoongi rushing around the place, yelling at people. I ran down the stairs towards him before he shoved anyone else over. I pulled him back by the shoulder, but he shook me off. I grabbed him again, and upon seeing me, he paused his rampage. "What're you doing in Under? You should get out before Higher takes notice," I said sternly.

"I was looking for you," He shrugged equally blunt.

"Come on then," I sighed, dragging him away from the confused crowd.

I pushed him into the conference room, completely disrupting the meeting, but I knew that I could trust all the people in the room. I glanced around before speaking; just in case, but unexpectedly, only Chaeyoung and Taehyung were in the room. I raised my eyebrows at them until my sister scoffed, "Don't be stupid Hoseok,"

Taehyung had stood up immediately from the chair he was sat in. I looked at Yoongi, who was staring at Chaeyoung, and I snapped my fingers in front of his face. "Why were you looking for me?" I asked impatiently.

"Higher's planning an attack," He gulped.

I scoffed, "Nice try, Yoongi. Go home,"

"I'm serious. Jacheol's so hung up on Namjoon's kid that he's gonna start destroying this place until he finds him, or until someone gives up and tells him. Jacheol wants Namjoon gone, and once he gets the kid, Namjoon'll do anything. You've gotta start preparing for a fight,"

I looked at him suspiciously. Nothing Yoongi said could ever be taken at face-value.

"I think he's telling the truth," Taehyung piped up. My gaze shifted to him and I frowned at my second in command. He wasn't joking. Chaeyoung was looking at the two of them suspiciously too.

"I want something in return for helping you out," Yoongi said.

And there it is, I thought. Yoongi always came with a catch. "What?"

"She'll be in danger. Let her stay with me in Higher until the fight is over," He pointed to my sister.

Taehyung and I instantly let out a simultaneous, "No way,"

I watched as Yoongi approached Taehyung and said to him, his voice lowered, "You owe me,"

Taehyung sighed, obviously annoyed and turned away from Yoongi. "Just let him take her," He said to me in a monotonous tone.

"Are you fucking kidding me Taehyung!?! That's my sister!" I raised my voice angrily. I glared at Yoongi, and he dared to stare back.

"I'll go," Chaeyoung said quietly amidst the silence.

"Chaeyoung," I warned her.

She hushed me harshly and continued, completely ignoring me. "On the one condition that Heera can come too," She exhaled after finishing.

Yoongi opened his mouth to speak, but then closed it, pausing to think instead beforehand. "Is she the crazy one with the boy?"

Chaeyoung glared at him but said nothing.

I tried to intervene once more. "But Heera is still in recovery from an unknown drug. If she goes into hiding she won't receive the help she needs," I needed to persuade Chaeyoung to stay, and the only way I could make her was by appealing to her through her sick best friend.

"Is it Vitarum? The cure for the latest batch is in development now. I know one of the medical staff who can probably snatch one out for your friend. I agree with your condition," Yoongi nodded.

I looked over to my sister, who was now smiling at him. "Chaeyoung, no," I sighed, glancing over to Taehyung for support. He was totally zoned out, staring intently at the floor.

"I can't believe this is happening," I heard Taehyung murmur.

"Come on, let's get your friend and get outta here before this place goes to hell," Yoongi grabbed Chaeyoung by the hand and looked at me. "Not that I don't think you can handle this," He smirked annoyingly.

I watched helplessly, frowning, as I watched them run off in the direction of the infirmary to fetch Heera. I slapped Taehyung on the back. "I'm talking to you about this later, once this shit is over. Let's get to the armoury first," I said firmly, pushing his back out of the door ahead of me.

I pulled down hard on the emergency lever. As I did so, I heard a few gasps, and then there was complete silence. We had to go silent and have a blackout. It was protocol. I shuffled along the corridor, crouched down low behind Taehyung. When we entered, the sounds of guns knocking against each other were unmistakable. Both Taehyung and I reached for handguns, him grabbing a few knives too, and we loaded them quietly. I screwed a silencer onto the end of mine, and everyone else was doing the same. I wanted this to be as clean as possible.

But I had a bad feeling that it wouldn't be.
