Chapter 3 - Hangovers

Tessa's P.O.V.

I slowly open my eyes and try to sit up as straight as possible. Since when does my bed have sand in it...? Oh no, I look around with half open eyes and see that I am lying on the beach. My head is pounding like crazy. I stretched out and felt something. Please let it not be a person, I think while I turn around I see Finn. "Shit shit shit" I curse while I get up. I look down at myself and see am not wearing anything. Either is Finn. "Kill me now" I whisper to not wake him up. I get up, cover my private parts with my hands and sprint to the maissonnette. Quickly, I grab some underwear and a big t shirt dress.

My walk up and down the stairs is what you could call dangerous. I will never get used to a big ass hangover like this. I can't really think straight so I decide to call Alex and see where she is, we need to find out what happend. "Hellooo?" She says really quite. "Heyy you, where are you at?" "You just woke me up but I think.. I think I am in the laundry basket of Joe's room". I can't control my laugh and burst out, but it hurts my head so much I stop as soon as I can.

I hang up on Alex and walk to Joe's room. Oh my god, she is really in the laundry basket, you have got to be kidding me! "Good morning sunshine! You look fantastic!" I sarcastically say because she looks as awful. I help her out of the basket and walk with her to the kitchen.

After I made us some coffee, we sit down at the kitchen table. "Okay, let's do this Hangover (the movie) style, put your phone and from your pockets on the table" I command while grabbing my phone. I am truly glad that I still have my phone.

"Shit" I say, when I see all the messages that I sended last night. "Okay why do I have Liam's phone number?" Instead of being a normal and not mental friend Alex grabs my phone out of my hand runs to the toilet and locks herself in. "What are you doing?!" I scream to her while chasing after her. "You will thank me for this one later!" For knowing Alex long enough I just go back to my coffee and let her do the damage. Five minutes later, she walks back with a huge grin on her face. 

"Before I give you your phone back I need to tell you that you were a "little" all over Liam yesterday night" "Oh no.." I sigh. "And Niall told me he could see in the way that he acted he was into you too! But then you saw Finn and you just left, which was kinda harsh.. But he doesn't know " "Wow, too much information to handle all in once. Liam is really cute, damn it!" Then she showed me what she sended.

"Hii, I am reaaally sorry for my behaviour last night, maybe we could get breakfast all together at 11? If you go to the little city down the road, there is a cute, little cafe at plaza del pleina, can we meet there? Xx"

"I don't know what to say or feel about this, but I am just going to roll with it" I sigh, "Let's get dressed!" "That's my girl!" She high fives me. 

We quickly got upstairs, took a shower and got ready.  I’m wearing a simple white tee, denim shorts, red all-stars and a golden necklace. My hair is down and I did some simple make-up.  Still feeling really shitty I walked downstairs where Alex was already waiting for me. “Well well well, look who decided to take forever to get ready, escargot” she said, (Escargot is French for snail). She is wearing a Jack Daniels tank, denim shorts and blue Vans. Same hair and make-up. 

We walked to the bus.”Alex, I was just thinking what happened at Joe’s bedroom and why were you in his laundry basket?’’  I ask her. “To be honest, no clue but he texted me to meet him at the hotel at 3 after his working shift and then I’ll ask him” she answered. “Okay, let me know but spare me the details” Just then the bus arrived.  In the bus we talked about what we were going to say to the boys and about other bits and bops.
