As I enter the town, as expected, crowded people are everywhere, crossing here, there, talking here and there. Well it can't be called town if it has no crowded people, right.

I enter a flower shop who's the owner is a very good friend of mine, Diane.
She's a 70-years old, widowed lady.

"Good Morning Red. Are you here to deliver the flowers?" Diane greet me while she's arranging a flower vase.

"Yes. This time I harvest the dandelion flowers. Your favorite." I lower down my hood and smiled at her.

"Oh my! Really? Come in. I'm really excited when you deliver some dandelion flowers here." She said as she excitedly wipe his hands on her apron and approach me.

I handed her my basket that is full with dandelions. She take the flowers and arrange it in a vase.

"There. Its so pretty. I can't take my eyes off of them." She smiled at the flowers.

"Didn't you know why I love dandelion flowers so much?" I shake my head as a disagreement.

"My deceased husband always gives me dandelion flowers when we were in our younger years. During our anniversaries, dates, and even if he just wants to give me flowers showing his love and loyal to me. Just so you know, my husband is a playboy before he met me and I'm so glad that I'm the only girl that can change him. Sadly he left me." Mournful is visible in her eyes.

Actually I have met her husband. He's very kind to me, well they both are its like they are my second parents. But he past away five years ago and I was very sad because of that. I lost a second father.

I didn't say anything and just hold her hand and give her a reassuring smile.

"Oh what am I saying. Maybe I just miss him so much. Anyway here's your payment." She's back to being cheerful again. I know how she feels.

He handed me the payment with a bag of bread. "Oh! Diane its okay. The payment is enough you don't have to give me bread. You need it more." I said as give her back the bread.

"No its yours. A thank you gift for making me happy every time you bring flowers here. Its just so lovely to see them. Just like you, always so lovely and pretty. Your parents must be so proud of you." She smiled at me as she handed me back the bread.

I flushed of what she said. I'm not really used to compliment by other people. I get really embarrassed about it.

"Okay I will take this if you'll insist. Thank you Diane." I smiled to her.

"Uhm.. Red can I ask you a favor?"

"Sure thing Diane. What is it?"

"Can you stay here for a while? My daughter Clarrise just went to other town to buy me some things needed here in the shop. Also its been a while since we bond. Is that alright with you?"

"Of course. No problem. I can even help you here in your shop if you want to."

"Great! I'm so glad you agreed. Come, do you want to drink some tea?" She said as she headed in her mini kitchen at the back. I was following her all the way.
