Chapter three

The walk to the so called prison wasn't that long and the whole way we didnt talk. We only stopped a couple of times due to his injury that I didn't even know how he gotten it. It wasn't a bite I knew that, if it was by now he would probably be having a major fever.

"So how do you know my brother?"

"Hmm?" I was too busy preparing a plan for when we got to the prison. You never know what kind of people they would be.

"My brother" he said clearly annoyed

"Oh"I said

"So how do you know him?" he snapped after a while of me not answering him. What a temper I thought.

"Oh" I said, I took pleasure on annoying him. I didn't even know his name, so why should I answer him.

"Daryl" he said as if he was reading my mind.

"Angela" I said back.

I could feel his eyes burning at me from behind. I was walking a bit faster than him and suddenly realize I didn't know where I was going. I stopped and felt him bump into me. I turned around with an annoyed face and raised my eyebrows at him. He did the same thing.

"What" he snapped

"Show the way, daryl"

He flinched at the mention of his name from me.

"Right, we're almost there and you still haven't answer my question from before"

I was so tempted to say 'oh' again but decided against it.

"he was the one who found me and cam. He took us back to Woodbury and...well things went bad from there..."

"Cam?" He asked.

"My best friend."

"Oh" he looked back at me as if to say sorry and then quickly turned around with his back to me.

"Oh" I said. He wasn't much of an open person, you could tell.

"Are we there yet?" I asked.

"Almost in a bit"

"Oh" I could see him smirk, even though he was in the front of me.

"How you get that?" I asked pointing to his leg. It didn't look that bad but it must have hurt.

"Now you care?" He asked, I couldn't tell if he was joking around or just serious.

"What is it to you if I care or not?" I asked. I just met the man, I didn't care that much. He looked back at me with a serious face but his eyes said differently. I don't know if it was just me or not but he looked hurt. Weird. After a while we finally arrived at the prison. There weren't that many zombies, sorry 'walkers', around. But there were enough alright. A boy opened up the fences when he saw us and we ran our way in. The boy then closed the fences and we were met by a guy probably on his 30s.

"Rick, this is Angela" said daryl.

Rick looked at me up and down and then extended his hand on which I just stared at him and he lowered his hand. Daryl just smirked and stopped once Rick saw him.

"I'm Carl" said the boy who let us in.

"Hi, I'm Angela" I said shaking his hand with a smile on my face as he took it and smiled back. I liked that kid.

"Where's yo parents?" I asked

"Rick is my dad and my mom is gone" he said as he looked at the ground then up at me again. Great.

"Oh sorry" I felt bad for him but oh well. After an awkward silence a man was walking up to us.

"Lil' brother, you're back!" Said a familiar voice with a familiar face and hand.
