October 15th, 1997
"Mommy!" The two year old bounced on his mother's bed, obviously excited about something. "Huh? What happened?" She said as she sat up quickly. "Someone's at the door!" He said again, this time playing with his mother's cheeks.
She gathered the stamina to get out of bed, and slumped over to the bedroom door. Her eyes widened as she realized what today was. "Daddy's home!" She said, putting the toddler on her hip. The doorbell rang furiously. "i'm coming, i'm coming! Who is it?"She said, peering through the peep hole.
"It's me, Lila." He said. She opened the door, letting Michael in before she tackled him with hugs and kisses. "Daddy!" The child said once again, holding his arms out to his father.
Michael took the child out of Lila's hands and planted kisses on his face.
"I missed my Prince!" He started. "I missed mommy too." He glanced over at her, setting Prince down and took Lila into a warm embrace. "Tour's over?" She asked. "Tour's over." He replied, flashing that beautiful smile of his.
Lila hadn't noticed that he came home in his tour clothes until they finally let go of each other. She checked him out, blushing when she looked down at his gold pants.
"What?" He asked, a smile creeping upon his face. "It's nothing." She said. Lila started to run away, knowing that Michael wouldn't rest until she found out what all the blush was about.
"Mommy! You hafta tell daddy something remember?"
Lila smiled widely as Michael took her hands into his. "Paris Kathrine Jackson's a good name for a baby girl right?" She said.
Michael stood up and hugged Lila tightly. "That's a beautiful name!" He kissed Lila on her lips intimately.
"Ewww." Prince said.
Michael and Lila laughed together.
Michael and Lila were married shortly after the Bad Tour. The baby that Lila had during the Bad era was a miscarriage. Lila and Michael were devastated, but they tried again.
Of course, the media ate it all up. Michael went on tour a year before, and, when the tour was in full swing, Prince was born. Lila and Prince stayed at the Neverland Mansion.
I know what you're thinking. But what about Lila's mother? Well, with a few negotiations, Michael and Lila saved a few thousand dollars to get her the house of her dreams.
